Lupin III and Takara decided to settle over in Europe and did side jobs in stunt work along with thieving, but now they target criminals.

Goemon and Hoshinko settled down over in the Pokémon World, the Johto Region in Ecruteak City as Hoshinko's Aunts were the Kimono sisters.

As for Jigen, he and Aurora settled for the One Piece world for him to learn Observation Haki.
