Luke's POV

Creepers are awesome. Zombies... not so much.

Especially when they're chasing you. At night. With skeletons and spiders. Not fun.

"Do you know where we are?" I whispered to my twin.

"Hopefully heading in the right direction." Jade looked around then gave me a cheeky smile. "At least you're not leading us. Otherwise we would be very lost."

"Shut up bro."

"Yeah well- Watch out!"

Jade pulled me towards him. I felt an arrow zoom past me, ripping my jumper a little.

"MOVE, MOVE NOW!" Zip yelled. She shot an arrow in the forest behind me as we all ran from the mobs. I could hear the bones of the skeletons clinking as they fired at us and as Zip and Alex returned fire. The sounds faded behind as we ran faster than the mobs could.

"Do...you...think...we're...safe?" I puffed as we ran.

"We're not safe until morning comes." Tim was hardly out of breath, even with the sack he was carrying and the pack on his back. My sack was lost ages ago.

"Oh... great."

We started slowing down. I lent on a tree to catch my breath as I looked at our surroundings. Forest on 3 sides, a cliff face on our right, mobs behind us and probably in front of us too.

"You.. okay... Luke?" Jade was bent over his knees, panting.

"Yeah. You?"

"Fine."

I pulled myself upright using a tree branch... then immediately fell down again. A loud CRACK echoed through the night.

"Luke! Shut up!" Alex whisper-yelled.

"Sorry, sorry."

But the mobs had heard and they were heading towards us. We couldn't run anymore, we were too tired.

"Guys, over there! A cave!" Tim pointed to a hole in the cliff. I frowned. I don't remember seeing a cave when we first stopped.

"Let's go!"

We all ran into the cave. It was very dark inside, and the sound of mobs was coming closer.

"Button!" Tim yelled.

He must have pressed something because the moonlight was shut off. I couldn't see anything. I could only hear the others gasping.

"G...g...g...guys? G...guys?" Zip sounded close to tears.

Then a redstone lamp lit up.
