The park was full of children and their parents. It was very sunny with only a little cloud in the sky. María and Raquel were standing by the wall in the shade. María had long gold hair and was wearing a silver robe. Raquel had dark red hair and was wearing a blood-red robe.

"When will she arrive?" mumble María.

"Soon María, soon." Raquel replied.

"Let's sit down not want to draw attention to our selves."

"Your right Raquel Lord Magnus would never come here."

They sat down in the sun on the bright green grass.

"How long was Nancy suppose to take Raquel?"

"Any minute now, she will be back."

Suddenly, Raquel's face had a look of shock and fear as she looks at a man who walked in. He was 7.1 and was wearing a hooded black cloak.

"Raquel what is-" I screamed out of fear.

"You fool!" Raquel screamed back at me."

The man looks in are direction. He drew his cloak tighter and began to walk toward us. We both sat still, too terrified to move.

"Hello ladies." He said as he got closer.

I saw he had something inside his cloak it was moving as if struggling to get free.

"Lord Magnus w-we did not expect to see you here you," said Raquel.

Lord Magnus laughed, I did not expect to find Nancy and Javier this morning.

"Nancy" cried Raquel.

"Yes I know you were expecting her back here. She not dead... yet I'm planning to kill her later."

"W-w-why? How could you?" Raquel asked.

"What's under your cloak?" María asked.

He looked down at María and kicked her hard. She fell back and hit the tree behind her.

Never question me!

Raquel moved over to María and tried to help her up but Lord Magnus was faster. He grabbed her by her arm and jerked up. He pulled a knife out of his cloak and put it to her neck.

"Please don't hurt her. Please don't." Raquel begged, her voice wavered.

"Be quiet or I'm going to kill you too."

He pushes María down and turned his gaze on the playground.

"These humans think there world so good." He said in a cold voice. "But what happens when I take their world."

He pulled a bottle cage out is his cloak. There were black bugs in it trying to break out. He opened the bottle and they flew out.

"Raquel..." he said with a nicer tone.  "Let's leave this world to rot."

"Not without María."

"Then you will die too."

He turned and disappeared.

I looked at the world now, the playground was on fire along with the rest of the world. The people were trying to put it out the fire with water, but it only makes it burn more. María got slowly to her feet.

"H-he's going to destroy the world."

Suddenly, our world crumbled, we stumbled and fell. I heard María scream, we both screamed, but her voice got farther and farther away, a shadow whisked me away as I watch María fall into the pit of fire and rubble.

Lord Magnus was standing in front of me.

"Yes, Raquel. I saved you."

Tears filled my eyes. Lord Magnus pulled me up.

I would never let my daughter burn.
