I did mention that I have a headcanon for Half Trolls! In this part, I plan on extending that into my one-shots. Take notes and ask questions in the comments.

First of all, a small recap.

<Humans are also susceptible to troll offspring, there are not many cases of troll/human partnerships but most end badly.

<Here are few relationships that end with a human female dying because of producing half troll-half human offspring that died soon after birth.

!!!There are no accounts of trolls producing a human/troll child!!! 

<There are a few accounts of changlings giving birth to troll offspring in their human forms, usually, the changling fakes their death and runs away.

Half Trolls

In my headcanon, end of season three Jim is a half-troll, produced by magic. 

Half-Trolls are their own species, they are an evolved form of troll and human that have their strengths and weaknesses.

Half-Trolls can reproduce with each other much like trolls and humans.

If a half-troll tries to produce offspring with a human they will produce a child.

Half-trolls are unable to reproduce with trolls.

Magic is not used often to create half trolls because the recipe is deadly.

The birth of a half-troll happens when a human (female) and a troll (male) decide to bring forth a child, while the human is likely to die in childbirth this can be prevented with pieces of Hearthstone. (Hearthstone has magical healing properties that if used correctly can heal major internal and external wounds).

When a half-troll is born they are usually born with soft down-like fur that keeps them warm (The human can't keep them as warm as they require nor can their troll dad.)

Half troll whelps have a high need for attention and get depressed easily without the needed attention.

The whelp (baby troll/half-troll) sheds this down at seven weeks old.

The whelps can ScReAm, omg can they scream. They do it of attention.

Whelps feed off milk like mammals, they do lose their taste for milk and baby food around the age of 2. They then transfer to troll like food habits.

The young whelps usually have a connection with both parents, seeing as the risk of reproducing, the parents usually spoil their kiddo.

Troll dads are rougher with their offspring because the Half-trolls are just as strong as regular trolls.

Half-Trolls are physically like trolls. (Troll Jim is an excellent example of a Half-troll, being the first. Most look very similar to him.)

Emotionally, Half-Trolls are more like humans, they feel their emotions vividly and like a teen going through puberty.

Speaking of puberty, Yes, they do go through it. Female half-trolls grow in chest size and get periods. Males can grow beards and grow in size.

Half-trolls can not go out in the sunlight, at all. They will die.

Not that important but they can be corrupted by the blade of Gunmar, just food for thought.

A half-trolls are fast and strong and hard to control.

Most trollish artifacts can be used on Half-trolls.

Changlings and Half-Trolls are different, Half-trolls do not have human forms, nor can they change what they look like.

Half-trolls have a specific color pallet depending on gender.

Females are usually pastel colors while makes are usually darker shades of colors.

Males have horns, females do not, fems have larger ears because I like to draw them with big ears.

Tails vary from Half-troll to Half-troll

I have written "Half-Troll" 27 seven times.

Edit: I feel like I should mention their ages and anatomy.

Half-Trolls anatomy is heavily based on the Troll parent, if a Sixyed (See my Troll Headcanons) Troll had a Half-Troll child there is a fifty-fifty chance of the child having four arms or six eyes.

Half-Trolls live for a really long time, as far as we know because there has not been a natural death of the species. I like to think that they live for a (Natural) maximum of Fifteen Thousand years, but I'm not 100% sure yet.
