Why, Wy?
Steve's note: ...Yeah first dates are fun, I guess? Tell me about yours in the comments!
Soooooo. Where to begin. I'll just start with the day I asked the Principality of Wy out on a date. (What, you didn't know that place exists? Look it up, like, NOW!) It was a normal day, not as hot as last time, but still quite hot. I was walking down the street towards my house when a few tourists walked by me. "Excuse me," one said," but do you know anything about Drop Bears?" I held back a laugh. "Yes, they're vicious koala looking creatures that fall from trees onto your head. They can cause serious damage. Put some vegemite behind your ears, it deters them." I looked the tourists in the eye and grinned maliciously. "Th-thank you," one of them said. Both then walked off, being careful to avoid walking under any trees.
"That wasn't very nice, Canberra," a voice said behind me. I whirled around. Standing behind me was the Principality of Wy. "You scared me, Wy." "Yeah, and you scared those tourists." I blushed. "So how have you been Wy?" "Pretty good." "Anyone been giving you trouble?" "No, Sealand just wants to know how to get noticed." "Ha-ha. poor Sealand."
Wy pulled out her paintbrush and started painting on my cheek. "What are you doing?" I asked. "Nothing, just practicing." She pulled a mirror out of her pocket and showed me what she had painted. It was a small koala. "Do you like it?" Wy asked. "Y-yes," I stuttered. I swear, that koala winked at me. "A-anyways Wy, I have something to ask you," I said. "What is it?" "W-would you like to go on a date with me?" I asked, blushing so hard I swear I looked like an apple. Wy blushed a little as well. "Sure, Canberra," she replied. We settled on a time and date and parted ways until the date.
THE NIGHT OF: THE DATE 0_0
We had planned to go see a new movie, When Drop Bears Attack, and we got there just in time. "Remember Wy, if you get scared you can hold on to me," I said grinning. "Don't be silly Canberra, you're the one who will get scared." I laughed, but i knew she was right. Close to the end of the film a drop bear jumped out of no where to attack the protagonist. Next thing I knew I was hugging Wy for my life. "Geez, Canberra, calm down," Wy said. "Sorry."
After the movie I walked Wy home. "So...wanna do this again sometime? Maybe next week?" I asked. "Sure, but we're not watching any horror movies," Wy replied. I blushed and started walking away when Wy said," Don't forget to wash the paint off your face!" I was confused and then realized that Wy had painted something on my face when I wan't paying attention. I waved and ran home. "This could become something," I thought to myself.
