You need to train yourself to do what they won't expect. Go above and beyond. Knock their socks off. Give 'em the ol' razzle dazzle. But I guess it's hard to do that when you don't know what they expect of you. That's why you need to be unequivocally, uncompromisingly, you. They'll never see it coming.
