"So do you still plan on telling Hanabusa about sneaking me into the human world?" Ungaikyō questioned, leaning against his knees. 

"I have to tell him, I'll get in trouble if I don't. Especially since Aoi and Madoka know and would tell him if I didn't" Momiji sighed.

Ungaikyō really didn't want Momiji taking all of the blame, it was both their fault. They planned together. Standing up, the yokai walked to the door. Momiji watched for a moment before quickly grabbing him.

"Where are you going-"

"To talk to that Hanabusa guy...he should know I helped plan this.."

"I told you-"

"..It's both our fault. So let's just deal with the consequences together..." Ungaikyō said quietly.

He had a point, there was no reason to try arguing against Ungaikyō. The yokai looked determined to ensure that Momiji wasn't the only one taking the fall. It was admirable. Sighing again, he let go of Ungaikyō.

"First, get changed back into your normal clothes, I'll wait outside" Momiji instructed and left the room.

It only took a few minute for Ungaikyō to leave the room, dressed back in his normal clothes. Momiji smiled, taking his hand and leading him to where Hanabusa was normally found.

The sooner they told Hanabusa the better. He probably won't be happy he agreed to let Ungaikyō sneak into the human world. But at least he was with him, so clearly he wasn't up to no good. Unlike Onibi and Kamaitachi. Such troublemakers.

"You helped him sneak by?" Hanabusa asked.

"Yes, I'm sorry for doing so. Ungaikyō wanted to take me on a date and decided on going to the human world. I came up with the plan to get him by and dressing him up as a human so he blended in" Momiji explained. "I was with him the entire time, we caused no problems with other humans"

"..I see, I'm glad you didn't cause any trouble. But you should of let me know about this. If the Capital found out I had no knowledge of this, that'd be even more trouble. Especially since a Katanashu helped a yokai sneak by willingly"

"..Is Momiji in trouble?"

Hanabusa looked to Ungaikyō and then to Momiji. "No, I'll just give you a warning for now. Just let me know next time you plan on going to the human world"

Ungaikyō was relieved to hear Momiji wasn't in trouble for the actions he put into action. He'd be upset with himself if he had. He tightened his grip on Momiji's hand and smiled slightly to him. Momiji returned the smile.

"You're both dismissed now, I have paperwork to do" Hanabusa waved his hand.

"Paperwork? Is that the excuse you're using whenever Mizuchi is planning to come by and visit you now?" Momiji grinned.

"Dismissed!"

The two laughed a little while leaving. The ties between them and the yokais had grown quite a bit after the tournament. And they were still growing even now. Hopefully nothing happened to ruin those ties as it took this long just to get them the way they were now.

As they got back to Momiji's room, Ungaikyō immediately began a conversation with him as soon as the door was closed.

"Hey Fuuka"

"Yes, Tadaakira?" he replied, looking over to the other.

"I wonder what it would of been like..if we had met in the past..when I was still human"

"Hmmm..no clue. You probably know some of my ancestors though, it was my family who killed yours right?"

"...mm...It's been a long time so I can't really remember. Or maybe I just don't want to remember, either way"

"Fufu, well I'm sure even then we might have become a couple" 

"How can you be so sure..?"

"I just have a feeling" Momiji smiled to him.

They continued talking about what it would of been like if they had met in the past. Maybe they could of gotten together then too. But who knows, the past was done and this was the present. They could only wonder if they'd stay together in the future. Honestly they hoped they would stay together forever.

That was just another thing they were determined to ensure happened, being together for the rest of their lives.

"Ahaha, we managed to get away! I can't believe we got to see Momiji and Ungaikyō coming back from their date too!" Onibi exclaimed happily.

"I wonder if I can go on a date with Madoka one day. But I have to work up the courage to do that first" Kamaitachi sighed.

"Oooh, time to plan another date! Let's start thinking of ideas as soon as we get back!"

"Hey hey! We should get Madoka in on this too you know!"

Onibi simply giggled as they rushed back to Hikage Town to plan the next date on the list. Of course they'd stop to get Madoka to join them. Maybe he'd have some good ideas for a date. They probably couldn't sneak into the human world for a date like Ungaikyō and Momiji since Ungaikyō could just go through mirrors to sneak by easier.

Kamaitachi couldn't and they always got caught by Aoi trying to sneak by. They didn't want to risk getting Madoka in trouble for sneaking him past.

Perhaps a simple date in the yokai world would be enough. They'd just have to wait and see.
