After Liam slapped me, I blacked out. The world went dark. I couldn't see, I couldn't hear, I could barely breathe. 

I had gone through so much. 

And now this?

As I slowly came back to reality, I heard yet another loud clunking noise.

I blinked my eyes open, and saw Sydney standing over me, hand outstretched.

"Get up! We have to run!" She said hurriedly. 

I saw the sub, and Liam both sprawled out on the ground.

I sprang to my feet, and groaned as the pain surged throughout my body.

"Why am I always left in these situations?" I said smiling.

Sydney and I began to run.

"Maybe because you're a dufus and like action?" Said Sydney. I frowned.

"That was a rhetorical question." 

Sydney shrugged, and began tearing down the hall.

I suddenly realized I hadn't asked Sydney how she stopped Liam and the sub.

"Hey, how did you save me? Those guys a tough." I questioned.

"Yeah, they're tough." Said Sydney grinning. "But I'm tougher."
