Percy

Why am I so stupid!! This would have never happened if I got clawed by a hellhound! I kept mentally cursing myself. I walked back out of the alley way. I could hear Clarisse's war cry. I saw her dodging, stabbing, slashing her spear in every way.

'Smart choice to bring an Ares kid, Wise girl' He thought.

It pained me to leave Annabeth to rest and I couldn't be there for her. I had other jobs to do, like saving the world.

"You'll regret that! My poor little Chimera!" I recognized the voice that belongs to Echidna.

I quickly gazed over to the wounded flying lion creature. He was panting on the ground. I saw multiple swords deep inside it's flesh, and arrows covered him. Echidna was grieving over her poor poor 'chihuahua'. There were few monsters left, but our main concern was Echidna. She was the most powerful out of everyone. Mother of all Monsters. Wife of Typhoon. Demigods looked exhausted and they needed a break. I couldn't blame them, I'm tired myself. We were outnumbered, but we could still try.

"LETS KICK SOME MONSTER BUTT! AND SAVE MY BROTHER!" I heard a very very very familiar war cry. I could almost squeal in excitement. Stood there was the one and only Tyson. (A/N: Quick shoutout to @Herobrinetracker and @AutumnRainbow5 for commenting about Tyson! I COMPLETELY FORGOT. SMH.)

Behind him were a bunch of other Cyclops. They must be from the underwater forges. They immediately started attacking. The cyclops made a huge war cry. They went against empousia, Gorgon's, harpies, and hydra's. They wouldn't attack the Cyclops though. Evil cyclops versus nice cyclops wouldn't be a great battle. They look sad to see their kind fighting for evil. I smiled a huge smile, and ran towards Tyson. I sliced off heads of empousia and stabbed feet of evil Cyclops and slashed against hellhound's on my way to Tyson. Nothing would stop me from seeing my awesome half brother. When I reached there, Tyson was fighting off an empousia. He was dodged, slicing, and stabbing. He looked like an amazing fighter. I jumped right into the fight. I saw Tyson's happy smile grow wide when he saw me. I stabbed it's heart while Tyson was distracting it.

"Brother!" Tyson crushed me into a hug.

"Can't...breathe..." I managed to speak.

"Oh sorry.." Tyson let go.

"Look how big you have grown! I'm proud of you Tyson!" I laughed while he flexed his arm to show his muscles from working extra hard in the forges.

"Look brother! Now I'm strong like you!" Tyson punched a hellhound's face. Ouch.

"Nice Tyson!" I grinned.

"Commander Tyson, I wouldn't like to bother your brotherly moment, but we have taken down most of the monsters. All we have left is a few here and there and Echidna. Would you like us to attack evil cyclops?" A brown eyed cyclops came from behind him.

"Yes Brandon." Tyson nodded his head. I stood there in shock. He matured over the years! The cyclops saluted and went back into battle.

"Commander Tyson? Wooah there buddy. You are a great leader." I playfully slapped his back.

"What kind of leader am I if my army is fighting while I'm talking to my brother?" Tyson had a smirk on his face. Jeez the Poseidon side is starting to rub off on him.

"Alrighty, let's go kick some monster butt" I took Riptide out of my pocket and uncapped it. Together, we charged side by side. We were quick, yet stealthy. We slashed, dodged, and yelled. Soon, all what was left were some  empousia and Echidna and her Chimera. Tyson and I made our way towards the hunters, who were distracting Echidna.

"Well, well, well. If it isn't Perseus Jackson. Our first fight was quite funny, I must say. I am truly excited to see what you have against me." Echidna spat.

"We'll see about that." Thalia snarled.

"You may be powerful, but I have defeated way more powerful monsters, but not as ugly as you." I grinned. Echidna snarled and showed her greenish yellowish sharp teeth.

'Jeez. She has some witch teeth right there' I shivered.

Echidna came charging towards us with some tentacle's flowing out of her mouth. Ew. The tentacles went towards the hunters, trying to pick a hunter up and throw it inside her mouth. The hunters threw arrows towards the tentacles. They retreated back, but only to come swerving back. A tentacle came  towards me, but I sliced it off just in time. Weird goldish liquid came spewing out all over me.

"YUCK!" I stepped back. Echidna hissed and then threw the tentacles everywhere she could, picking up some campers on her way.

I ran towards the wounded Chimera, who was still alive, but dying. It groaned in pain and whimpered when it saw me. My heart melted and I wanted to help it. But my brain kept saying it's a monster and that I should kill it. I keep thinking until I heard a "WATCH OUT PERCY!"
Immediately, a tentacle grabbed m by the waist and pulled me towards Echidna's ugly face. She snickered when she pulled me closer. She tightened the grip onto my hands, so I couldn't do anything. I tried to wiggle so I can get free, but it never worked.

"Well Perseus? Once you are gone, everyone else is weak. Just like the Prophecy said. When is it ever wrong?" Echidna threw me into her mouth.

Annabeth

Once the apollo camper said I was okay to get back into the fight, I felt more energetic. I could run a thousand miles.  Once I ran out of the alley way, I could see we were improving. There was more cyclops then there was before which was suspicious. Then I noticed Tyson, followed by a bunch of cyclops. Did Percy know? Speaking of Percy, I started looking frantically around the battle field. Where is he??? When I finally spotted him staring at Chimera, I felt relief spread over me. But of course, luck can't last very long. A weird tentacle thing came swerving towards Percy.

"WATCH OUT PERCY" I hoped he could hear. I started running towards him. Echidna was talking to him, but I couldn't hear. I was too far away. I watched, horrified, Percy get swallowed in one small bite.

"NOOOOOOO!" I screamed so loud, everyone stopped fighting and looked in my direction. It was a high pitched scream, filled with terror. Now, anger bubbled inside of me. These monsters can't steal Percy, ruin my home, and now swallow him whole. I had this huge scream bubbling inside of me. Percy has been gone and he just came back. He is NOT and I repeat, NOT going to die like this. A high pitched scream escaped my mouth, but only louder and longer. I took out my dagger and went straight for Echidna. I went soaring towards her, and slashed my dagger towards her heart. Yes I know, a small dagger against the mother of all monsters can kill her? Well, not exactly. I slid my dagger down for the heart towards the stomach. Echidna roared and wiggles her body, to get me off her. I held on tight, until I lost my grip. I pulled my dagger out and fell flat against the floor. I quickly got up and looked at what damage has been done. Sure it wasn't huge, but it was enough for Percy to jump through the cut. Now everything was on Percy to get out of that monsters, huge belly. I slashed some empousia while I waited for Percy to know his escape plan.
