Annabeth

Once I saw a black figure flying through the air, I knew it was Blackjack. I ran to the borders and embraced Percy into a hug.

"Miss me already don't we?" Percy smirked.

"Shut up Seaweed brain." I pushed him playfully .

"Chiron needs to see you." I took his hand and dragged him to the Big House. Once we reached there Chiron and Mr. D were sitting quietly at their office.

"Percy my boy! What happened?" Chiron looked at Percy with curious brown eyes. But in Chiron's eyes were a tint of fear. Mr. D looked concerned as well. What happened?

"Everything went well. Romans have made a truce. Now any news on the monster attack?" Percy asked.

"They are moving fast. They should be in Olympus by sun rise tomorrow. We must leave as soon as possible. Annabelle, go tell the camp that were leaving at sun set today which is on a couple of hours. Peter stay here we have matters to discuss." Mr. D poured a cup of wine.

"It's Annabeth." I grunted. I stomped out of the Big House. When will he get our names right?

But now I was worried about Percy. What do they have to discuss? Are those monsters trying to hurt Percy again? I gathered all the campers next to Thalia's tree. Great now I have to be the one to say an inspirational speech. I heard whispers about rumors and how we can kick there butts or die.

"I heard that there stronger. How will we defeat them?"

"Is Percy going to protect us? Or is he weak?"

"Anyone got a taco?"

"When do we leave?"

"What will happen if we loose?"

"TRAVIS! Give me back my hair straightener!!!"

I laughed at the last yell I heard. Boy, you didn't want to mess with Aphrodite's daughters. Especially if you take their stuff. I walked in front of everyone and stood on top of a huge rock. I saw everyone prepared with armor on and weapons drawn. They all looked at me waiting for a speech. There weren't a lot of campers ready for battle. We had tons wounded. I would estimate about 93 campers were ready for battle. We would usually have about 200. I took a deep breath.

"Listen up! We have survived two wars our whole life. What makes this any different? We have took down many monsters. Have we been defeated? Did we loose hope? Did we cower away? NO. We are strong proud demigods. We stand our ground and fight with all our strength. These monsters might have took our loved ones and wounded them, but we shall NOT allow them to hurt anyone any more! We will fight with strength, hope, and pride. We SHALL succeed! FOR OLYMPUS!!" I yelled.

Everyone yelled in return. The loudest were the Ares cabin. Everyone started high-fiving each other. I stood there proud of my speech. Then I jumped down and began running towards the Big House. All we needed to do is get to the Empire State Building. I gently opened the door and crawled inside. Percy and Chiron were talking along with Mr. D.

"Percy you must be careful. Watch your loved ones and make sure they don't capture them. We don't want your fatal flaw getting you kidnapped again." Chiron whispered.

"Especially Annabelle. I do fear that without you, Olympus might fall. These monsters are getting stronger. The gods keep talking non sense about these monsters and I'm getting sick of it. Get rid of monsters then we can all have a glass of wine and have a party." I could feel Mr. D rolling his eyes.

"I understand. I don't know why you are so worried." Percy replied.

"Percy my dear boy, I'm worried about the future. I must not tell you but bad things are coming there way with this battle. I can't bare to have another student lost." Chiron sniffled.

"Sure Chiron." I heard Percy's footsteps coming closer.

I quickly ducked behind a chair, being unnoticed. I saw Percy walk out the door. What did they mean by worrying about the future? What will happen to Percy?? Why are they so worried? I got out of my hiding place. I need answers. I walked towards Mr. D's office. They saw me with wide eyes, and knew what I would ask for.

"What will happen to Percy in the future? What did you guys see??" I demanded.

"Annabeth as much as I would like to tell you, I can't. Zeus forbidden it. I have one thing to say. Protect Percy. He is in grave danger. He doesn't know what he is getting himself into. Watch him and make sure no one gets him. Please take care of him." Chiron had tears in his eyes.

"You're worrying me! I would always protect Percy with all my heart because he is such a seaweed brain. He would be dead without me." I rolled my eyes.

"Are we done here?" Mr. D got up.

"To New York we go." I walked out of the Big House. Another war. Great.

Percy

Once we reached the Empire State Building, we hid in the shadows. We didn't want mortals getting confused with a bunch of children gathering around. Especially if they have weird items in there hands. Which can also be called weapons.

"Now Apollo and Ares cabin go near the Hudson River. Keep watch around the river and send someone to tell me if there's any actions in the water. Hephaestus cabin go to the Empire State Building and find the machine room. There should be a emergency  call that goes throughout New York. We have to evacuate as much mortals as we can. Once you're done, go scout New York and watch everything closely. Check the tunnels and see if it can go CABOOM when you see monsters going through. Especially the subway. Athena and Hermes cabin you have tricks up your sleeves so go set up as many traps as you can around New York. Travis and Conner don't you dare get distracted. I'm sure the Athena cabin can yell at you for your mischievousness. Aphrodite cabin you defend the Empire State Building. Nico you stay with them" I commanded.

"Don't forget us." I heard Reyna's voice coming from behind us. Why does she always do that?

"Nice to see you could make it. Spread throughout New York. See if you can spot anything." I nodded at Reyna. She nodded back and began spreading people into groups around New York.

All the campers began to go into groups, following what I said. I felt proud being the leader. Annabeth cleared her voice and looked at me.

"What about you?" She asked.

"I'll defend Olympus. I'm sure Nico would appreciate it." I smirked. Nick was unhappy about the choice I gave him. All the girls would be swooping around him.

"I'm staying with you." Annabeth stood her ground.

"No way. Too dangerous. I'll get the hunters of Artemis with me. You go with the Athena cabin." I pointed to the Athena and Hermes children jogging away.

"No. Remember the Kronos war? You would've been dead if I wasn't there without you. You have to be careful with that Achilles spot. Idiot." Annabeth chuckled.

"Alright fine." I smiled.

"Are you done being over protective and being a couple? Because we are right here." I heard Thalia's voice coming from behind Annabeth. I saw all the hunters ready for battle.

"Yep. You are staying with the Aphrodite cabin along with Nico, Annabeth, and I." I heard groaning and complains about the Aphrodite cabin.

"Do we have to??"

"I hate Aphrodite girls!"

"Who needs make up anyway?!"

"Those cursed make up addicted imbeciles!"

"Enough! We come to protect Olympus. Even if it involves handling with..them." Thalia's voice was filled with disgust.

"Alrighty then. Now we wait." I grinned. This was going to be interesting.

A couple minutes later we heard a horn being blown. It echoed across New York.

Great job Hephaestus cabin.

Mortals began running everywhere. They knew what the horn meant. People rushed to there houses and began loading their cars with there belongings. Traffic was horrible as millions of people were evacuating New York.

We're going to kick monster BUTT.

A/N: hey guys! Sorry if it takes long for me to update. More busier than usual. By the way I was thinking of another Percabeth story. Once I'm done with this book, I'll start making the new one. Here's the summary of the New book I'm planning:

Annabeth was a girl who lived in Greece. She has a poor family that only raises a farm. Her mother died from illness, and has a horrible step mother. She gets two new horrible step brothers. Her father is always out working trying to help the family, while Annabeth is stuck doing chores. Cleaning the barn, feeding the animals, plant the vegetables, wash the clothes, clean the house, fix the horses, and much more. She wishes that things can get better. Until she meets him at the library.

Prince Perseus Jackson always lived a wealthy life. His father Poseidon and his mother Sally are King and queen of Greece. He has a fantastic life and couldn't get any better. His brother Tyson and his new little sister Lily. But all he is missing is a wife. Percy doesn't have interest into marrying a princess or other royalty. He wants a normal girl that lives in the village. He dresses undercover and goes exploring around the villages. He goes to the library and meets the most prettiest girl he ever saw. Stormy grey eyes with blonde curls.

What happens when they meet and begin to be friends? What will happen when Annabeth finds out he is a prince? Will the friendship turn into love?
