"He said no?" Bisky cried, Gon blushed a little. "N-Not...exactly" It was the day after the whole incident and Bisky had wanted to hear the results. She frowned slightly. "What do you mean, 'not exactly?' it didn't happen so he must've said no" Then her eyes narrowed slightly at him. "Unless you chickened out" He flushed a little, then crossed his arms. "No! I did it. But..." he rubbed the back of his head with a mumble. "I'm still a minor, he wants to wait until I turn 18 first" She blinked. "I thought you were already 18" he shook his head. "When we first met I was 17 and a half, my birthday's may 5th so it's in four and a half weeks" Gon paused, blinking. I was...17 and a half when we first met. I've almost been here half a year. "Something wrong?" He sighed. "Not really, I just realized how much time has passed. Usually I'm always conscious of the days and the months because-" he cut off, then shook his head to clear it of unsavory memories. It was every other month, I always kept track of the time because of it- Don't think about that! It's in the past, your different now.

Bisky didn't press him, she knew that his life before the mansion was fucked up. He actually wasn't sure how she knew though. Maybe it was he was fine with the handcuffs at first, how even when presented with the option to leave he still wanted to stay. Gon smiled, "I've been here for nearly half a year. It's fun, free from everything" Gon ran a hand along one of the marble counters with a laugh. "I'm in a mansion! My family's pretty poor so I hadn't even seen marble before." He twirled a little, the skirt he was wearing rode up a little as he spun. "It feels nice to have friends" Bisky smirked. "You mean it's nice to have a boyfriend" Gon blushed a little. "W-Well...yeah" He mumbled, rubbing the back of his head. Then he laughed a little. "But I have actual friends now too. Zushi, Mitsuba, you-" Bisky blinked in surprise. "You consider me a friend? And Isn't Mitsuba your personal maid?" He nodded, smiling. "Well, when you haven't had any sort of friend or person who really liked you for about 5 years, you don't really care. Sure Mitsuba's a maid, but I talk with her a whole bunch and we actually have a good relationship"

Bisky thought on that for a moment. "Interesting" She said simply. He looked over at the cooks as they prepared another gourmet dish. "And the food, it's awesome. Honestly it almost didn't even feel like I was kidnapped, just torn away from all my problems and given a mansion to stay in" Bisky sighed. "There's so many other places I'd rather be than here. But I grew up in a mansion like this, the servants aren't allowed to leave because of secrecy" That made sense, one couldn't just let people with knowledge of the Zoldyck property just leave and tell other people. Then Bisky smiled. "Our master is a kind one though, when he punishes a servant it isn't as harsh as most" Gon blushed a little with a nod. "In all honestly, he's actually the kindest person I know. Strange right? How someone who was trained to be a cold blooded assassin, a Zoldyck, can be so kind?" Her eyes widened slightly. "I thought you didn't know of his last name" Gon shrugged. "I didn't at first, but then Kurapika told me when me and Killua had an encounter with him in an attempt to 'rescue me' and bring me back home"

Gon said that part with his fingers as quotation marks. Bisky laughed. "You make it sound like being kidnapped was the best thing that ever happened to you" He smiled a little more, rubbing the back of his head. "Well...it was" He said softly, Bisky frowned slightly over at him but didn't say anything else about the matter. Then he sighed, before glancing around. "Do you...know where he is?" Bisky nodded, then pointed. "Take a left, a right, then it's 3 doors down. Master Killua always goes there at this time" always? Then, he tapped her shoulder as she was about to walk away. "Hm?" Bisky glanced back over her shoulder at him, and he decided to voice a thought he'd had for a while. "Why am I called by my last name, but everybody mentions him by his first?" She sighed, crossing her arms. "Master Killua refuses to be addressed by his family name. He used to glare at anyone who did, so we just stopped doing it. It's natural for a servant to be called by the first name, but the master? It puzzles me still"

Gon laughed, "I get it. Killua's always hated his family, their assholes who treat people like objects." Bisky flinched slightly, then hissed. "Do not speak of the master's parents that way!" Gon shrugged, seeing no problems. "That's how he talks about them himself, and I agree. They literally called me an it and sold me the first time we met." Gon shivered a little just thinking Retz's name. "Anyways" He continued, then started off down the hallway. "See you later Bisky!" She grinned at him as he walked away. "Talk to me again in four and a half weeks!" She called back. Gon blushed a little, but did not dignify that with a response. You don't need to know about my sex life Bisky! He kept walking, but then he heard...music. Gon forgot about his need to find Killua as he listened. It was so...beautiful. Who could be playing? It was a piano, he couldn't remember a piano room in the house. So Gon followed the music, eventually coming across a slightly opened door that the music was coming from.

I need to know who's playing. Gon peeked around the corner, then his jaw dropped. Killua was sitting at the piano, back towards him, fingers gliding over the keys. Wow... He was just...playing. Eyes on the keyboard, alone, at about 11:00 in the morning. How have I never heard him play before? They'd known each other for nearly half a year, yet Gon had never once heard Killua play. He listened for a long time, eventually he stopped and rested for a moment with a sigh. Gon was about to open his mouth and say something when he started to play again. He stood there for about 2 seconds before realizing. Wait a minute, I know this song. It was Lovely, a sad but beautiful song. After a few moments he managed to find where the words where and started singing softly along to it. "Oh, I hope someday I'll make it out of here" Killua's head shot up, but he kept playing. "Even if it takes all night or a hundred years" Gon stopped peeking around the door and pushed open the door the rest of the way to lean on the frame instead, his voice wasn't all that great but he knew the words perfectly. "Need a place to hide, but I can't find one near. Wanna feel alive, outside I can't fight my fear"

"Isn't it lovely, all alone. Heart made of glass my mind of stone." Gon closed his eyes as he sang. "Tear me to pieces, skin to bone. Hello, welcome home" The music stopped, so he opened his eyes. Killua was looking over his shoulder with a small smile. "Oh...hey" He walked in and slid down next to him, thighs brushing and shoulders touching. "I never knew you could play" He murmured. All the keys looked confusing and the same, he thought it was a miracle the instrument could be played at all with its complexity. Killua sighed. "I usually close the door, the room's soundproof" Gon leaned into his side, glancing up at his face. "But why? It's beautiful" He looked away. "Father always disapproved of me doing things like this. He said musicmaking is for women, and to spend my time training instead" Gon kind of got where he was coming from, there was a whole slew of situations he could relate to. Gon smiled a little. "if boys can wear dresses, they can make music as well" Killua chuckled a little, "I suppose so"

Then, Gon thought of something. "I was wondering if you could..." Killua blinked, glancing down at him as he leaned into his side. "Hm?" Gon blushed a little, "Can you sing too?" Killua shifted a little, looking down. "I...I've never sung in front of anyone before." Gon hummed for a moment, contemplating. I want to hear it though, I wonder if it's as beautiful as his piano playing? Gon sat up a little, sliding an arm around him as he did so. "Maybe you could try" Gon mumbled, and Killua blinked in slight surprise down at him. "You...want me to sing for you?" He shrugged a bit. "it's just...Your music is beautiful, why shouldn't your voice be too?" Killua bit his lip, looking unsure of himself. Gon pouted slightly, and Killua's face changed into a slight frown. "Are those supposed to be puppy dog eyes?" He leaned his head into Killua's shoulder. "How can you know if you're not good at something without feedback? If it's bad I won't laugh, I promise"

Killua sighed. "Well...I did make a song" Gon blinked, honestly kind of surprised. He shifted slightly, placing both hands on his piano. "I played it first...then made lyrics." He mumbled. Gon sat up finally, curious. "When did you make it?" He looked away. "A...few months ago" After he met me. He took a breath, then started playing the keys. Gon instantly recognized the song, then blinked. "I know this song" Killua sighed. "I...I can't sing the one I made right now. It's not done yet" He admitted. Oh... but Gon waited patiently, the song was called Boulevard Of Broken Dreams. "I walk a lonely road, the only one I've ever known~" Gon's eyes widened, shimmering a little. His voice is so beautiful, just like his playing! "Don't know where it goes, but it's home to me, and I walk alone~" Gon sang the part without lyrics, he knew it was supposed to be there. "Ahh, ahh, ahh," Killua seemed to be gaining a little more confidence, he sang more clearly. "I walk this empty street, on the Boulevard of Broken Dreams~" Gon hummed a little to the lyrics, occasionally singing that part in between words without lyrics.

"My shadow's the only one that walks beside me,

My shallow heart's the only thing that's beating.

Sometimes, I wish someone out there will find me,

'Til then, I walk alone~"

After the last note rang out, there was silence. Then, Killua broke it. "Well...?" Gon laughed softly, and he felt Killua stiffen a little. "Your voice is just as beautiful as the notes you played" Killua's muscles relaxed a little, then his arm slid around Gon's shoulders. "You...weren't too bad yourself" Gon sighed. "I didn't even sing any words" he shook his head. "No I mean...the first time." Gon blinked, then glanced up at him. "Really?" Killua smiled down at him. "Yeah..."
