"TESSA!" Someone shouts and I snap out of my trance. "Wha-? Yes miss..?"
I say, "If you were listening you would know what the answer is to question 3? Do you know?" She enquires, staring at me with her glassy eyes. She turns away for just a second and , as we are doing a quiz on Greek gods, I read out the question in my mind. 'Who is the God of the sea?' She turns back and I go, "Oh, miss it's Poseidon!" She sharply turns and says "Well done" as the bell rings. "BREAK TIME!!" Shouts Mrs Harris. I run out into the yard to see Taylor kick a boy in the back of the leg. "HEY!" I scream at her, completely losing my cool as I do most days. "Look who it is!" She gloats "Tessa Pool lost her cool!" She sings my stupid nickname, "It's not MY fault I am dyslexic, YOU FAT PIG!" I scream at her. "YOU ARE A PIG!" Someone screams at Taylor, soon the whole school is screaming the word 'pig' at the bully. "THIS IS YOUR FAULT, POOL!!" She yells and punches me in the arm, I scream and go haywire biting, kicking and punching every part of her body. "TESSA POOL!!!" Miss Harris shouts but it's not enough to stop the gloating voices shouting 'pig'.
"STOP SAYING PIG!!" Screams Taylor but she's immediately drowned out with the other voices. "TESSA POOL!!! YOU ARE EXPELLED!!!" Screams Miss Harris as I run off. 'Never going back..' I think, To think for a few minutes I was a celebrity for punching Taylor now a young girl who's been expelled. "Hey!" Someone shouts behind me. It's the boy Taylor kicked in the leg, I think his name was Marley or something, "What's up?" I ask, trying to hide my anger and sadness. "I would like to show you something.." He whispers, I follow him round a building and up a tall hill. "What's up here?" I ask politely but showing a hint of confusion in my face, most say this place in haunted, because random kids our age or slightly older appear out of no where here. "Wait here" he tells me. I hang around waiting and I hear in the distance my..I mean my old school bell ring. He runs back up with 2 other girls behind him. "Here we are!" He shouts back to them. "Thank god" Says one girl and rolls her eyes, "Marley, Were are you taking us?" She shouts back to him. "You are all half-bloods" he announces m, smiling proudly. "And I am a Satyr!" He says ripping of his shoes and trousers. One girl stumbles back and goes "WHAT?! That's not possible!" She's smiling strangely. "Come in and I'll show you.." He walks back and I just think 'Into the haywire world we go' as it swallows me in.
