"Let's go to bed then,"

Allura covered her mouth as she hid behind the corner pressed against the wall. She looked over wide eyes as lance pressed a kiss to kinkades lips as the pilot held his face gently to kiss back before they went into the mfe cabin again.

She couldn't believe it.

Lance kissed kinkade.

Kinkade kissed lance.

That couldn't have meant... does that mean...

"I have to tell Keith," she whispered. She was worried when Keith found the red Paladin and heard them bickering again but lance was living a whole other life. He lied, he said he wasn't interested in boys. He use to be interested in her, why did it hurt? Feeling some tears build up she tried to just find someone on her team.

"Oh Allura, hey," Veronica laughed a little when the altean almost ran into her.

"Is everything alright?" She noticed the tears weld up in her eyes.

"Kinkade kissed lance," Allura sniffled a little.

"Eh what? Excuse me?" Veronica smiled not believing her.

"I just saw them! They-theyre dating i think," Allura rubbed her eyes trying to not cry.

"Lance isn't dating Kinkade, he's dating Rizavi," Veronica blinked confused.

"He's never shown interest in her! They kissed! I saw them!" Allura snapped feeling like Veronica wasn't taking her seriously.

"Veronica what's going on?" Veronica mother was at the door of her daughters dorm.

"Nothing maria, it's fine," Veronica smiled back at her.

"Are you going to do nothing about it?" Allura gasped.

"Keep it down," Veronica hissed knowing her mother could hear if Allura said anything.

"But lance kissed him!" Allura snarled now annoyed.

"What did you say?" Maria walked over from veronicas cabin confused.

"Mijo wouldn't ever kiss a boy, you must be confused," she laughed it off.

"For stars sake yes he did! Lance kissed a boy! Where is Keith?!" Allura threw her hands up walking away as Veronica felt like she was going to throw up.

"Mama, please don't freak out, it's lance, he's a good boy, your not-" Veronica flinched back when Maria spat Spanish at her.

"This is your fault! If you kept your sins away my precious mijo wouldn't even have those thoughts in his head!" Maria snapped with tears rubbing down her face.

"I lost my first born now I lost my last, I can't take it anymore with how the world is now," she sobbed in her hands.

"Maria don't-" "don't touch me Veronica!"

Lance curled up against Ryan as they shared the bed again, Ryan's hands stayed on his back to keep him close so neither of them fell off the bed. They stayed warm, they stayed close.

There was a knock.

"For fucks sake what can I do to just sleep for over six hours?!" Griffin yelled as he dropped from the top bunk waking the rest of the team up.

"Huh?" Ryan sat up as lance buried his face in the pillow not wanting to wake up yet.

"Is lance in there?!" Veronica yelled panicked. Lance immediately sat up wide eyes. The door opened before Griffin could even get there and anybody could move.

"Hehe.. it's true," Veronica could see her baby brother in a mans bed. Lance looked horrified and was frozen on the spot.

"You're dating kinkade?" She asked.

"I-I-I it's - I don't- please I'm sorry," Lance couldn't breathe or think as he couldn't move.

"Are you dating him?!" She asked sternly and lance nodded frantically.

"Yes!" He cried out and immediately got out of the bed to try calming her down.

"Jesus lance what the fuck are you thinking?" She hissed grabbing him and pulling him out of the room.

"Let go! I'm a fucking adult! Let go!" Lance yelled but he saw a bruise on the side of his sisters face that was to familiar.

"Ron stop your hurting me!" He cried as tears started to run down his face in fear.

"Who knows? Who knows your gay?" She slammed him against the wall as lance yelled when he hit his head.

"Just the mfe pilots!" Lance hiccuped to keep his sob back.

"Your team doesn't know?" Veronicas eyes widen.

"T-they never asked, or noticed," he couldn't stop the tears dropping off his chin.

"I-I'm not gay, I'm bi," he added with a firm nod even if he was shaking under her grip.

"What the fuck is the difference? Mom knows!" She growled and lance looked like he was about to pass out now.

"She-she knows? What did she say?" He sobbed looking at his big sister like a child again.

"I.. I wouldn't go near her if I were you," she sighed letting go of him now. Lance covered his mouth knowing what that meant.

"She hates me?" He cried.

He slid down the wall covering his face as he cried, maybe it was more emotional from being in a peaceful sleep to being confronted and his biggest fears coming true, Veronica put her hands on her hips shaking her head as she made sure no one was coming.

"How long?" She sighed.

"Three weeks," lance panted trying to keep his breathing under control.

"No, how long have you knows you were bi?" Veronica knelt down to him calmly.

"I-I don't know, I don't know," he hiccuped another sob shaking his head.

"Please don't take him away, don't take Ryan I need him," lance cried harder. She pulled him close to hug him tightly shaking her head.

"Mom doesn't know who, she just knows your with a boy, but talk to Allura, to voltron," Veronica sighed holding him to her shoulder as he kept his arms crossed against his own chest. He didn't want to hug her back.

"I didn't want anyone knowing, not now, we were fine!" Lance pushed her off.

"I'm not hurting anyone, why does it matter that I'm dating Ryan? We're adults! We both operate some of the most dangerous weapons! We can make our own decisions! His family and friends don't care that he's gay and treat him the same! Why can't mine?!"

Veronicas jaw trembled understanding the frustration from her brother. He was right and it hurt.

"I'm going for a walk, don't follow me and tell my team to leave me the fuck alone," he got up and walked away from her as he couldn't stop the tears.

"Lance," Ryan was at the door when he passed him.

Lance looked at him broken, Ryan looked helpless as neither of them moved.

"I need some time," lance whispered.

"I'll be here when you get back," he smiled sadly and lance couldn't help but smile when more tears ran down his face.

"Realmente eres el mejor Amor," lance nodded slowly as he kept walking.

Ryan sighed softly leaning against the door thinking what to do next. Everyone knows, he heard it all, he looked at Veronica but said nothing before closing the door again leaving her on her own outside.
