Muichiro was nervous and unsure of himself. He tried to get closer to Inosuke for a while now, since he told him about his stolen game boy to be more  specific.

If now everything will go wrong, he won't be able to show himself to Insouke or his friends again.

He wasn't really sure if they all were genuine friends. The talk every once in a while, but it doesn't feel regular or all too friendly. But he also needs to admit that he doesn't know then for long. After all they were fiends for years, and he only joined their group a couple of months ago.

"Wassup Muichiro" Inosuke walks up to him, hands behind his head and walking like a typical anime high school bully, or Naruto.

"Hi" Muichiro on the other hand was fidgeting around on his clothes

"You wanted to talk"

"Yeah"

They stood there for a couple of seconds, not exchanging a word and Muichiro avoiding eye contact "Well I'm waiting" Inosuke wanted to get it over with as fast as possible "Okay, how about we start to walk around so you can calm down or whatever" Muichiro nods.

So they started to walks round the park. It was unusual peaceful there, no wonder it wants on campus. They'd see kids running around here and their, leaving their parents behind. Some guys selling some sketchy stuff. Old and young couples.

Inosuke felt out of place.

"So Tanjiro" Muichiro finally starts, after kind of sorting his thoughts

"Mh, what about him?"

Muichiro wanted to try not to be too obvious, but soon realized that won't be possible like he planned "What's your relationship with him?"

"Why do you ask?" Insouke tried to do a favour for his friends, for the pizza, and for Tanjiro, not denying their relationship from Muichiro.

"Well" he looks down. He doesn't want to embarrass himself "I like you?"

"Would be concerned if you didn't. Being friends with people you don't like? Sounds like a plan for some kind of revenge"

At moments like this, Muichiro hated that Insouke was oblivious at times.

He sighs "Okay no" he decided to approach this another way "How did you and Tanjiro meet?"

"He accidentally texted the wrong number and boom" he points at himself "I was the wrong number" and smiles "Ever since we talked a lot. Went through some shit, but it turned out well"

What kind of "shit"? Friendship shit? Relationship shit? Just strangers shit? His head was full of possibilities.

"Hey" Insouke stops and takes Muichiros hand to also stop him "Why are you so stressed?" He asked, this time more caring.

Muichiro lightly blushed at the small action and looks down at their hands "I'm conflicted"

"About what?"

"I can't say"

"You can't?"

"Well, I'm scared to say" he still doesn't dare to look up

Insouke wanted to sigh, but knows he would be hurting Muichiro more than he, supposedly, is "Can you say at least where it goes? Like work, feelings, relationships" Insouke knows what it's about, of course. This whole game has been going on for a while.

"Feelings" he almost whispers

"Your feelings?" Muichiro nods "For someone else?" He nods again "Do you want to tell me about it?" now he just shrugs.

Muichiro doesn't want to look like an idiot. If Inosuke would say yes, he's in a relationship, he'd look like an idiot running after Insouke. But if Insouke would say no, he isn't in a relationship, he'd look dumb for assuming.

Everyone has been saying, Inosuke and Tanjiro aren't dating, but they act like a couple. He's so confused and frustrated.

"How about we talk about this again, when you sorted out your thoughts and are ready?"

"Okay"

"And right now" he lets go of his hand and gets louder again "I'm hungry, so let's go steal food"

Muichiro smiles again, seeing the typical Insouke he likes "You know I can get you free pizza"

Inosuke realized, some time though the day, that they're shit friends. Using a guy for pizza? Please, they're already low in life, it would be shitty to get lower by hurting someone's feelings. And besides, Muichiro is more than just pizza guy who can do nothing but get them free pizza.

"Fuck your pizza. Let's steal something" he says like a maniac, exited to fuck shit up again.

"Okay" Muichiro chuckles

They both decide what they want to eat and choose a restaurant to steal from. Then they run, steal, and run again.

It cheered Muichiro up, and made him forget about his jealousy, and Insouke can kill his hunger.

Basically, they didn't sort out the relationships and feelings that evening.
