*A Month Later*

After you had buckled your pants and put on a sleeveless shirt, you heard a knock at the door.

Liv: I'll get it!

Liv had Olivia in her arms when she answered the door and instantly squealed when Sarah walked in and hugged her before Liv handed Olivia over to Sarah as she gladly held Olivia. After you styled your hair, you limped downstairs when Sarah hugged you.

Sarah: You sure you don't need any help getting down the stairs?

You: Nope, I could do that all day. Besides, the doctor said I can walk, not run.

Ruby: Hey everybody!

You all looked up the stairs to see Ruby in a flower sundress, holding the twins, and she looked absolutely stunning.

Ruby then walked downstairs and hugged her fellow riott squad member before walking up to you and kissing your lips.

Ruby: Ready when you are babe.

You: Let's do it.

After going over the instructions for the twins to Sarah, she got right to work when Ruby handed them over to Sarah before saying goodbyes.

Ruby: Ok and.... that should be it. We'll see you guys tonight!

Sarah: Have fun you two! This is gonna be fun!

Liv: Especially with my bestie!

Liv and Sarah giggled in excitement when you kissed Liv before walking out to your car with Ruby.

Ruby: Are you sure that you're good to drive?

You: I can manage. I've driven with a bad ankle before.

Ruby: So where do you wanna go today?

You: I got us a reservation at a restaurant near the planet hollywood hotel and tickets for one of Def Leppard's shows tonight if that's cool.

Ruby: That actually sounds awesome!

You: So what do you wanna do today first?

Ruby: I've got just the idea....

Ruby then gave you directions on where to go as you backed out of the driveway and then drove to your destination

*Later*

You were currently laying, on your stomach, on a cot when the tattoo artist was about to finish up on your back while another was finishing the side of Ruby's neck.

Male Artist: Ok Dori, we're done.

Ruby looked in the mirror and instantly fell in love with it.

Ruby: My god! She's beautiful! Thank you so much!

Female Artist: Good news Dori! I just finished your man!

You stood up from the cot and looked in the mirror.

You: Oh my god...... That's amazing.

Dori: Yeah. That looks so good!

You and Ruby kissed before paying the tattoo artists and driving to your next destination.

*In the Evening*

After a day of exploring and shopping around some stores, you and Ruby were currently dining at one of the restaurants across the street from the planet hollywood hotel.

You: How do you think Sarah and Liv are doing with the kids?

Ruby: I texted them earlier and they said that they're doing fine. In fact they're enjoying themselves with them.

You and Ruby talked some more when the food arrived until you and Ruby got deep into the conversation.

Ruby: Y/N. I never did ask you about that scar on your arm, how did you get it?

You stopped chewing your food and looked at her with pain in your eyes.

You: It's....... kind of a sad story that I don't usually like to talk about. It's kind of too personal for me.

Ruby: We've been together for almost two years now and we've been through a lot together. I think it's time that I know what caused that scar.

You looked at her and knew that she was right. You looked at her and held her hand before you started.

You: Ok. So where do I begin?

You told her the story about your childhood and being abused for most of it by your parents and how you got your scar.

You: ....... so I cut myself with my switchblade and got my mom arrested because I told the police that she attacked me with a knife. After that, they took her away and put me in a foster home with my foster mother, Kate. She was the reason why I got back on my feet, ever since then, I never looked back.

Ruby was in complete shock to hear about all of this when she took your hand and held it in hers.

Ruby: Honestly, if it were me, I would've done the same thing. They had no right to treat you that way. Their role was to be your parents and they obviously didn't treat you as their son. I know that they weren't good parents, but me and Gionna are being great girlfriends to you. I know that we can't all get married, but I want you to still be loved by both of us. Especially since you and Gionna had your daughter together and us having our twin sons, life's gonna get better and better.

Ruby then rubbed her thumb against your hand.

Ruby: Cheer up Y/N. Life's gonna get better in the future. I guarantee it.

You: You're right. That's why I love you.

Ruby: I love you too.

You then kissed her and finished eating before paying the bill and heading over to the concert. While waiting for the show to start, you and Ruby talked about Kate.

Ruby: Did you ever see or talk to her after you left the foster home?

You: Yeah. I manage to stop by every time I'm in town. As always, she's always happy to see me and my other foster brothers and sisters. I could introduce you and Gionna to her next time we're in town.

Ruby: And the kids?

You: Especially the kids.

Ruby: Yeah, that'd be great.

Suddenly, the lights went out as the show was about to start.

You: For now, let's just enjoy the show.

Ruby: I'm with ya on that one.

The guitars then rang in as "Let's Go" was being played and the curtain dropped to reveal all the members of Def Leppard walk out onto the stage.

*Halfway Through The Show*

You: I'll be right back!

Ruby: Where are you going?!

You: Bathroom! I really gotta go!

Ruby: Ok. I'll be here waiting for ya!

You then walked out of the crowd and went quickly as you could towards the backstage area as you showed the guard your pass and he let you through before you waited for your cue.

Joe Elliott: Now.... just for tonight, we have ourselves a very special guest. He's played for many iconic rock bands and rock artists and is also a very good friend of ours. Please welcome..... Y/N Y/L/N!!!

The crowd cheered as Ruby looked up at the stage in shock when you walked out, picked up your guitar, and sat with them.

You: Good evening Las Vegas!

The crowd cheered as did Ruby.

You: I wanna dedicate this one to my beautiful girlfriend who's sitting in the front row.

You pointed to Ruby as the crowd cheered as she blushed a little.

You: Ok Joe, shall we?

Joe: We may. This one's called, "Two Steps Behind!"

You and all of Def Leppard began playing as you looked at Ruby the whole time while you sang and played for her. After the song, you blew a kiss to Ruby and recieved a standing ovation from the crowd.

Joe: Ladies and Gentlemen.... Y/N Y/L/N!!!

You: Thank you everybody!

You then walked backstage and handed your guitar to a stagehand and quickly made your way back to the crowd where Ruby waited. Once arriving, the show continued as Ruby saw you coming back when you walked up to her and kissed her instantly.

Ruby: You didn't tell me about doing that!

You: I wanted to surprise you!

Ruby: You sure did! I love you!

You: I love you too!!

You kissed her again and watched the rest of the show. After playing "Pour Some Sugar On Me and Photograph," the music kept playing as the show was about to close and Joe said goodnight to the Las Vegas crowd. After they exited the stage and the lights came back on, you and Ruby got a tshirt at the merch stand before heading home. Once arriving at home, you and Ruby walke into the house and saw Liv asleep on the couch with the twins in her arms until you saw Sarah walk into the living room with Olivia in her arms before Sarah handed her over to you.

Sarah: You guys were gone for quite a long time. How was it?

Ruby: Absolutely amazing! We went and got new tattoos, we went shopping a bit, had dinner at this beautiful restaurant, and.... a Def Leppard concert.

Sarah: No way.

Ruby: And the best part was that Y/N got on stage with them and he sang to me with them.

Sarah: Awww Y/N you little sneaker.

You: Oh, it was just a small surprise.

Suddenly, Liv slowly woke up, but carefully lifted the twins when she saw you.

Liv: Hey daddy.

You: Hey G. How did they do?

Liv: They were really quiet today. The only time they ever cried was for food and changing.

You: Typical. Ready for bed?

Liv: You bet. I'll go put the twins down.

Ruby: Are you sure G? You've been looking after them all day today.

Liv: It's all good Rue Rue. I got this.

Ruby: Here. At least let me help you.

Ruby then went to help Liv put the twins down, leaving you and Sarah with Olivia.

You: Wanna put Olivia down with me?

Sarah: Sure.

You and Sarah then went to Olivia's room when you layed her down in her crib. Sarah then put a blanket over her and kissed her forehead as you and Sarah acknowledged her.

You: Do you think that Tara might still be with Kate?

Sarah: Sometimes I wonder if she remembers us when we visit her.

You: Yeah.... but then again, we were young and didn't know better. Although, I wouldn't trade her for the world.

Sarah: I know that, but at least you know someone to look after our daughter.

You: I know that it sounds crazy, but do you think we should introduce Gionna and Dori to her when we visit Kate again?

Sarah: Did you ever tell them about her?

You looked at her and then you looked at your feet when Sarah put it all together.

Sarah: Oh my god Y/N. Why didn't you tell them yet?

You: Calm down. I will, but tonight's not the night. Look, can you just stay here for one more day? The guest room is all ready for you.

Sarah: Sure, but remember, tell them the truth.

You nodded before you. closed the door quietly while Sarah went to her room and you walked upstairs where Liv and Ruby waited. Once inside, you only see Liv as Ruby was showering.

Liv: Are you gonna return the favor tomorrow?

You: Yeah. Tomorrow, it'll be just the two of us. For now, let's just get some sleep.

Liv: I'm with you on that one sweetie.

You then kissed Liv when Ruby walked in.

Ruby: Am I interrupting something?

You: Nah. Just about to go down.

Ruby then climbed into bed with you and Liv before you turned off the light and went to sleep with both woman in your arms, thinking of how they're gonna feel about Tara.........
