Backstory:Skylar is an American-born assassin belonging to the CIA. He has been secretly watching Edwin Black for 2 years and waiting for the day to come to avenge his parents.After seeing Zane, aka Kamen Rider OOO in action, he became extremely interested in the Rider System, so he silently copied Zane's Rider system and created a completely new Driver for his own use: Poseidon Driver. After Ankh discovered that he had copied the Rider System, Zane and Skylar had a small duel. After Zane learned that Skylar had the same goal of defeating Edwin Black, the two immediately teamed up. About half a year later, Skylar met an assassin named Esdeath and the two fell in love.
