YOU KNOW WHY!? Because they don't have that part.

Men have one, Women have the other.
Women are the only ones who can BIOLOGICALLY be pregnant, carry, and give birth. To. A. Baby.

Men. Seriously cannot.
This is not mind over matter.
This is literally a rule.

And these male×male with one male being "pregnant" from the other male....

Men have either an X or Y chromosome and women only have an X when it's that point.

They don't have that cycle (haha gross pun) and they don't have the specific organs to carry a baby.

And I feel like feminists have talked about it before, that they don't like that women are "forced" to carry a baby and men don't have to.
