This very well might be my last post for this book as of 2019, but I wanted to post something here before the year ends.

A bit of backstory :

During the time I spent really trying to improve my art style, I got some advice from my sister (who's also an artist) to add more variety to different features.

She said I should make different eye, head and body shapes. Looking back on my old drawings, I did notice how a lot of different characters looked the same, especially eye-wise.

The same went for the way I drew guys as well. I admittedly have never been the best at drawing guys, but I have been improving! Drawing from reference really does help if you're struggling drawing something like I was. :D

If you look back at my old art, I think you'd noticed how a lot of the eyes for my girls and guys look the same.

So, t thought I could show different eye shapes that I could come up with.

Of course, eyes could be any sort of shape that you want them to that fit your art style! They can be as simplistic, realistic, or as expressive as you want them to be. I'm also interested to know what your favorite one is! Mine is the pink one (Collum 2, Row 1) and the light blue one (Collum 2, Row 2).

I hope this helps anyone who may struggle with this like I was (and honestly still am ;-;).
