I'm sorry guys but I really need to rant ;-;

I'm so upset because I'm trying my hardest to just get through the day and fight anxiety and then I find out that one of my friends just gets the fucking easy way out??

Like, she only needs to be at school the entire Monday and Tuesday, half of Wednesday and Thursday, and gets the entire Friday off because of anxiety??

Why the fuck didn't any of the teachers suggest an agreement like that for me??? I'm struggling with severe anxiety and have missed plenty of days because of panic attacks, and then this girl comes along and instantly gets an agreement as unfair as that???

I know for a fact that she doesn't have more severe anxiety than I do, so why can't I get an agreement like that???

Like, I'd be happy even if I got to miss half of Friday, and she gets basically half the week off??

And I was so proud of myself for doing such a good job at going to school despite my anxiety, but that agreement really killed my motivation

And I know that in the long run, I'll be better off since I've been able to fight through anxiety and she's not gonna get any better from getting the easy way out, but still, why does she suddenly get such special treatment??

Like, I've had really severe anxiety for YEARS and not once did any of the teachers offer an agreement like that

And... I just find it really unfair that she gets the easy way out...

I'm sorry, I just really needed to rant about this...
