personality; laura is a girl with a strong intelligence and a weak physique. she's very timid and so introverted that she can barely bring herself to talk to people. she doesn't trust easily and buries herself in anything to distract herself from the world around her. she puts too much weight on her shoulders and has zero confidence.

backstory; laura has always been brilliant, and she got that from both her parents who happened to be very well known scientists, best known for genetics and medial. she grew up sheltered, and never really got out of that, spending all her time doing homework or reading.

when the outbreak happened, her parents were prepared in a sense, having a small bunker under there home. the entire time down there all her parents did was work on something, trying to find a cure, any sort of cure they could. it drove them insane, and laura knew she needed to leave. and so, while her father had left to grab more supplies from the house and her mother was resting, she took action.

she grabbed a satchel, cramming in some canned soup and water, snatching up some of the cure papers, taking her rat and leaving before she could get caught. now the girl is on her own, trying to figure out this cute her parents were so interested in, just trying not to grow insane as they had.
