In which Tae and Jungkook go shopping together and have a little lazy night.

"Kookie!!" Taehyung squealed as his boyfriend mercilessly tickled him. "I can't breathe!" He laughed, the melodic sound filling the room.

Reluctantly, Jungkook let go, silently smiling at his boyfriend who never failed to light up his life. Playing with his lover's long and tatted hands, Taehyung quietly hummed a tune, making himself comfortable on top of Jungkook's muscular frame.

"Koo," he called after a while, "I'm hungry."

"Well what do you wanna eat TaeTae?" Kook replied.

"I dunno." Tae shrugged, sweater paws flapping wildly as he scratched his head in thought, causing Jungkook to coo internally at his cuteness.

Half a box of cereal later, Taehyung and Jungkook found themselves wandering around the deserted aisles of Walmart, one of them half asleep and the other bouncing off the walls.

"Remind me why we're here again babe?" Jungkook asked, stifling a yawn as he spoke. Through tired eyes he gazed at his soulmate, who was happily running back to their cart with two boxes of instant ramen.

"Because we have like NO food at home and I'm not in the mood for starving today," Tae answered, "and anyways if I don't eat then I'll lose loads of weight and the first thing to go will be my ass."

Horrified at the thought, Jungkook frantically shook his head at his boyfriend. Giggling adorably, Taehyung shuffled past Jungkook, who lazily patted Tae's bum as he walked by. After grabbing some of the bread that Jungkook was blocking, the couple left the aisle; hand in hand and slowly pushing the squeaking trolley.

"Tae."

"What?"

"Please."

"No"

"Pleaseeeee"

"No"

"Baby."

"No."

"Sugar"

"No."

"Peaches"

"No."

"Tiger"

"Maybe"

"Wait-what seriously?"

"No."

"Aww pleeeeaaasseeee Tae?"

"No Kook it's such a waste of money"

"But...but it has IRON MAN on it tho!" Jungkook whined, picking up the cake and shoving the box in his boyfriend's face.

"Baby we REALLY don't need that. We have cupcakes at home." Tae reasoned.
Jungkook paused.

"..."

"..."

"I'll eat ur ass"

"Oh for fuck's sake"

The pair arrived back at their shared apartment, Jungkook parking the car and opening the door for Tae.

After unloading the shopping and each having a slice of the Iron Man cake, they sat down on the sofa, Tae comfortably straddling Jungkook. In the least sexual way possible, that was one of Tae's favourite positions because it always made him feel safe.

Jungkook sofly petted Taehyung's hair, breathing in his intoxicating scent of lavender and honey.

"When's Jin's housewarming party?

"Next Wednesday," Tae replied, "but Jinnie says that it might be moved again  if Namjoonie breaks another window.

"So in other words, there's not gonna be a party." Jungkook joked.

Taehyung threw his head back and laughed, giving his boyfriend an opportunity to smile at the sweet sound.

After 10 minutes of meaningless conversation, Taehyung began to feel tired. "Up" he sleepily commanded, holding on tighter as Jungkook stood up and carried him to their bedroom.

When night routines were finished and Tae was in his fluffy purple pyjamas, Jungkook set his lover on the bed and swiftly got in beside.

"Koo?"

"Hmm"

"I love you"

"I love you too"

And after a chaste kiss, the lovers went to sleep, legs tangled and hearts connected.
