Hello my dear Taekook children. And yes i used children on purpose, this time.

I got so many questions on the NO RAPE rule that i've put as a restriction while selecting our books. And i'd like to put some highlights on this.

I'm an adult married woman in the age of 34. Therefore, i've done alot of reading in the past and many of the novels i've read included rape.

But these weren't fanfictions. These were adult books written by adult authors. Those books were sending certain messages by using the rape incident.

Putting that aside and focusing on what we are doing now. We are in the Taekook section of Wattpad.

We are here because we want to see Taekook ending up together. No matter what the story was about we always want to see them living happily ever after.

That's why we overlook the fact that we are reading about incest, pedophilia, rape, domestic violence.... Etc

A/N: This was something i posted a week ago i guess. I'm old enough to be able to handle such things. But, there are some writers who just make it their sole purpose as in traumatizing the readers.

As individuals you and I are entitled to select whatever to read. But, it's my responsibility since i'm hosting public reading sessions to take in consideration a few things:

1) the young age of almost everyone in this fandom.

2) the young age, and lack of experience for most of the authors in this fandom. Which makes the way they handle the rape incident very naive, rushed and irresponsible because they want to rush to the happy ending.

3) most of the Taekook fanfictions that i've read showed no responsibility, consequences or punishment for the act of rape especially if it was done by either one of our main characters.

Young girls should never be subjected to these foolish destructive unintended subliminal messages. Rape is a serious crime against humanity.

Abusive boyfriends don't turn into cute love sick puppies over night. Child molesters are sick bastards who should be hanged for their sick and wrong doings. They're not doing this out of love.

Incest is not a beautiful thing. This is not a "Love wins situation" wrong is wrong.

People who commit these crimes should be punished, face consequences and be held responsible for the wrong they've done.

Some might say then you think smut is ok??
Yes, sex is a natural thing as long as there's consent. Even in young age it's a natural and basic instinct. In old times sex and marriage didn't have to be at the age of 18. People used to get married earlier.

And honestly, with everyone walking around with a smart phone and internet connection. They have the world of porn in the palm of their hands.

So yes, there are amazing love stories containing rape scenes. We will put some of those with some serious heavy warnings and electric wires around them.

Again, you can read whatever you want. But, please if you choose to read a book that contains such triggering subjects,always remember that this is not ok. Maybe, we can overlook it here but not in the real world.

If someone abuses you. Go ask for help cuz they should be punished. If someone tells you it was your mistake and you were the one who triggered your attacker. Please don't believe them. You're the victim.

If you're in an Abusive relationship even if it's only a verbal abuse, leave. Don't believe the lies of "this is gonna be the last time, baby".
