OK, so I need to break this review down a little bit because it's heavy.

First of all I'm very disappointed that I've read the book after the author has announced her retirement from wattpad I guess. But still very fortunate she left her books on the platform.

I've read many of her books previously including one called "Devil's Duo" that she deleted.

So, I'll divide this review into parts.

Plot:

The author said it was based on a famous Pakistani drama series. So I looked it up and read the summary of it and believe me that she only borrowed the historic era, customes and kookie's intial mental condition only. The rest is just her brilliant mind.

Also, for the people who might get confused especially westerns who aren't familiar with the Harem life. Almost all Arab and Muslim old kingdoms were similar.

So, the king can marry a queen and still has many concubines which is "a woman who lives with a man but has lower status than his wife or wives".

And that's the main setting of time and place for the book. It's not based in Korea.

Characters :

BTS members are both the good guys and the villians of the story. And almost all characters have good and bad sides in them except maybe kookie.

That being said, prepare yourself for some scary, feisty omegas, cunning and manipulative royalty, betrayal, secrets and conspiracies.

The book has so much going on, many details and a lot of dedication to the story telling that made me forgive the rush I could feel in some of the most important transition and turning points in the story.

But, i think this was the last book the author was working on before leaving Wattpad and she just wanted to finish before she leaves. Still, the story has a solid structure with very few almost no plot holes or loose ends.

I really enjoyed it very much. But, if I could leave you with one advice. It'd be to pick a free weekend a one that you can commit to fully finish the book through it. Because honestly if you leave it on hold for a while you might forget some of the events.
