Finding the fleeing Death Eaters was easy, since their order, without a leader, had turned into chaos. Chaos that lead to messy attempts at hiding. Deciding what to do with Death Eaters, however, was definitely not easy. There were the mass murdering ones who went to Azkaban of course, but there were also the ones who, once again, pleaded being under the influence of Imperio, amongst other excuses. And then, there were the children. The children of the Death Eaters who had been forced to endure his reign from a close proximity that caused nightmares. Children who could adapt into the "light" side once more.
