If you have watched the movie Mean Girls then you know all what happens. Just replace some of the people with Hunger Games Characters instead. Katniss Everdeen just moved from district 12 to a new school, Capitol Shore High. She is the new girl and doesn't know quite were to fit in. The "Greatest People she will ever meet" take her under their wings and teach her the schools clicks and crap. The worst of all are the Goddess Victors.
