Inspired heavily by Taylor Swift's Teenage Love Triangle. ~~Betty:He said he loved me. Walking around like a teenage dream with his shaggy hair and skateboard. That dimple on his right cheek when he smiled. I had believed him. I thought that smile was just for me. But I'd heard the rumors he could't deny. August is over... and so are we. James:I loved her. I'd given her my word. Her heart was entrusted in my hands but I dropped it in a moment of... what... weakness? No. Temptation. The warmth in her honey eyes they once held when she'd smile had become dim. I didn't think that when August would end my mistakes would catch up with me. But they did. And with August gone, so went the girl who gave me purpose. __They say teenage love is so intense because we're so attuned to what others think and how they see us; that we don't have experience in life to fully understand it and so our perspective of love is off. If you'd ask me, I'd say it's because we aren't afraid to feel. The good. The bad. The ugly. It's all a part of the journey.
