Modern Alchemist's Deviation
There was a spry young woman who had hidden herself away when a post-apocalyptic phenomenon began appearing all over the world, all due to an occupation she suddenly gained that was deemed as one of the most precious occupations that started popping into existence during the cataclysm. The Mythos Arch Alchemist, an occupation that can create legendary items with nothing but a few common materials. The only limit the possessors of the occupation have is their imagination.She was lured into a trap when she heard news of children being kidnapped off the streets and from their homes for inhumane experiments, catching her attention and ire. The alchemist went to save the children and was successful in her endeavor, but at a price: her whereabouts being exposed. One day, she was cornered by mercenaries who were paid for her capture, but she triggered a bomb she created, unwilling to be a caged bird devoid of freedom and forced to create things of dark and disgusting nature.She was drifting in and out of darkness before she was suddenly woken up by a motherly voice of a dying nymph who was merging herself with an apple tree filled with apples of two different natures. Strange Soul In A Strange World
Reality comes crashing down on a young teen as her body was ravaged by a strange illness that 40% of the population all around the world were experiencing. The agony racks through her body as she fights her slowly stiffening body to move and bring back food for her barely 10 years old baby brother, but as she was on her way back she noticed a steel beam falling towards a sleeping baby in a stroller. With her heart beating in her ears she pushed her aching body to its limits and was able to push away the stroller, but unfortunately, her body was crushed by the beam, and as her consciousness slowly fades black, her mind only had one thought which was 'Sorry Damien' before finally passing away with the relief of no longer needing to feel the pain any longer.Karma and faith shape the balance of life and death, God watches but never interferes with the living's choices as they are free to make them but must bear the consequences and or blessings their choices may cause in life and after their death.
