So pretty much in a juvenile centre, a young teenaged boy named Jake finds a way to escape and releases all the others. Once out, he meets this girl, Olidia, that was also in the centre and they become good friends.I have no clue if things in the story relating to juvenile delinquent centres is true, but I'm basing most of that from what I read in Boot Camp by Todd Strasser.
