The Promethean
After the Second Titan War, Prometheus was freed from his eternal punishment, and quickly got back in the game of progress. Science, medicine, technology, exploration, you name it and he was in it. He eventually ran into some problems-competition was rather aggressive in some areas. On top of that he was on the run from Olympus and other angry Titans, so naturally he wanted a little muscle, as well as some intelligent assistance. Monsters weren't smart enough, and their loyalty could often be swayed easily. Prometheus needed something else, something intelligent. Powerful. Adaptable. That's when he decided to create something new.
