Ever since I was little I've always wanted to write a poem about an ice cream man. I think dirty ice cream is an important part of everyone's childhood. There was a time when happiness is buying dirty ice cream from a cart, ice cream not bought in cartons or gallons but bought straight from the cart in so many colors. The best days.…
I wrote this when I was 21, inspired by a lesson we had in Theology when I was 19. My teacher said a lot of things back then, but one thing stuck to me:"Love is dying."Love is dying so others can have a better life, so that others can grow. Love is dying in the sense that a part of you dies to give room for caring, loving and growing others. And so I wrote this with that in mind. Amorte came from "Amor", meaning love and "Morte", meaning death. I was so young thought it was cool. Even if it wasn't, I did not want to change it anymore. I wanna freeze part of my innocence and childhood in that way. I hope I was able to express it well..…

I wrote this when I was nineteen. Too young for anything real back then. Two people meet, a sweet encounter that seems to have been written mistakenly by fate...Excerpt:"My friends told me not to take the leapAnd I saw the perils of this one way tripSo I tried to take flight the second I fellBut it's all too late, I'm under your spellAnd I turn dizzy as the world spins fastAnd you take my hand and said it would lastAnd I believed it silly like the fool that I wasBut the floor where we danced was broken glass"…
This is one of my old poems. Just thought I'll add it here.…
This is a story of a guy who had no guts to tell a girl that he liked her, and then it was too late. I simply want to portray that side of life, of losing something because you cannot fight for it.…

Love as its finest - honest, warm, real and eternalExcerpt:"Coz there's just really something about your eyes""A deep deep dark with a hint of the light" "And there's really something about your smile" "Turning my world bright pink in the darkest night"The world holds so many encyclopedias, torn and whole, old and new, some so thin you could finish it in hours, some so thick it could take a lifetime to read one...but, somehow, I get the feeling, that in none of those oceans of information, exists an explanation about your smile...the answer to why, simply imagining your smile, it's like I could smile myself...…
Every young girl who's ever fallen in love and gotten their heart broken always initially thinks the same thing - I will never find another. And perhaps we sincerely wanted to believe that but didn't, we sincerely wanted love again when we keep saying we are fine without it, and we believed that we'd given up on it for good when deep inside our hearts we couldn't. We just can't. Then came the day we did give up - the day love made its way back to us, at the most unlikely, unexpected, out of the blue, and utterly unexplainable moment. The moment our questions were answered amd everything happening all this time finally made sense.Excerpt:"And I cannot sleep coz this cannot bereal" "Nothing is real but the love that I feel" "And I cannot sleep coz I see this too" "A girl can dream and dreams come true"…
Sometimes in life, we fall into a situation where we are at our worst. To our mind, we are the last person on earth someone should be friends with, or someone should fall in love with. We let ourselves go, we lose the ability to love others and ourselves. And in this seemingly inescapable and perpetual moment on our lives, a moment of misery and dead ends - someone comes along, someone who want to love us, someone who wants us to love them back, someone who seems like the perfect one - handsome, genuine, kind, caring, understanding, loving, available, serious and loyal - right person at the wrong time.Excerpt:"The music is playing the same song as before" "And you're all ditzy charm as you lead me to the floor" "Don't act all cool coz I've seen that look before" "On the nameless faces on whom I closed the door" "The night is still young and if we do this right" "Who knows, we might end up all alone tonight" "Your place or mine, your choice your call" "Baby we'll be fine as long as you don't fall"…
