Anxiety's got a strange mind. This story is not supposed to make a lot of sense and I know there are parts that are overly confusing and complicated. The story is written from Anxiety's PoV, but it doesn't state his name until the very end. The others he refers to are mostly Thomas and his other personalities/emotions. The "help" Anxiety refers to is symbolic of any help the character Thomas (not the person specifically, cause I don't know what goes on in his personal life) receives to get rid of Anxiety. I almost picture her to be iiSuperwomanii from the Battling Anxiety video, although the "help" is meaner. (She's kinda like Management, if you've read Don't Let Me Break More.)…
