When you're gifted an anonymous box it could be a head or a ticking bomb. Either it blows your life... or it sets you free. In a world governed by technology how can one keep their humanity alive ? Haunted for years by a promise made to the only one person in the world who cared about him, Benjamin finally decided to take his life back, fighting the traumas heads on by applying, and succeeding, to become police officer in the low and high levels of the new city. As life seems to settle a bit he is called up on an unusual case : a particularly dangerous package was delivered in a megabuilding's mail box. Hanté depuis des années par une promesse faite à la seule personne au monde qui se soit soucié de lui, Benjamin a finalement décidé de reprendre le cours de sa vie et de prendre le traumatisme par les cornes en postulant, et en obtenant, le poste d'officier supérieur des niveaux hauts et bas de la ville. Alors qu'il tente de s'acclimater à sa nouvelle vie il est appelé sur une affaire inhabituelle : un paquet particulièrement dangereux a été retrouvé dans une boite au lettre au sein d'un megabuilding.Le problème - a part le contenu du paquet et les traces de sang sur la boite aux lettres évidement - c'est qu'il y a une note manuscrite avec. "Certains ont promis de vivre, d'autres étaient promis à la mort"Plus personne n'écrit à la main, tout le monde le sait.
