Ash's "selective mutism" occurred a year after her mother's death when she was nine, and for 6 years hasn't uttered a word. So for that reason, her father hasn't given her a break. Wanting to make her busy in hopes to help her get past the pain of losing her mother, it's always lessons this, tutors that, classes everywhere, and hobbies in between.Now her father moves the family across the country to enroll her in the toughest school in America: Bullworth Academy. Well more like force to go, but being the obedient child she is, goes without complaining, not like she says anything anyways.
