Humanity's population has only started to reform and stabilize after the radiation incident that caused the monsters to escape from Mount Ebbot. Although the three convicts couldn't have gotten far, there's no telling what they'd do, as they have a criminal history, including manslaughter, murder and countless acts of theft. However, it is unclear as to why they leave the policemen unconscious with little to no harm, despite their backgrounds. More details will be recorded as time goes on." I sigh after reading the stolen file. Criminal history? Murder? Manslaughter? We did hurt people, sure, but never killed anybody.
