If for some odd reason, you found this and you're NOT reading the storm and silence saga(really series but saga sounds cooler), I recommend it. It has a witty and charming (yet devilish) heroine, hilarious side characters, a maliciously handsome love interest (or two) and truly loathable antagonist. Along with an adorable backyard romance, Victorian feminism, hoops skirts, ball rooms, murder and/or sabotage, seven flights of evil stairs, exploding walls, stingy uncles, solid chocolate, lots of "Awws" some for cuteness, some for disappointment, but that's what you get when the authors a tease.
