Though she already seems to have her heart taken, by the mysterious SilentShadow, who has been following her for two years, and the only one to catch her, though neither seem able to kill the other, each encounter ends with Eclipse escaping to live another day, and SilentShadow back to his 'prison'. When an evil starts spreading through the kingdom, Krishna heads out to find the source with the crown prince. As Krishna searches, she finds herself falling for the prince, though with SilentShadow popping up every few nights, she can't find it in herself to give him up.
