Isabelle's pov

Bo brought my clothes and some for Adeya. She has been ogling Ray since she got here, I forgot she hasn't met him in person.
Bo:"Isabelle you never told me he's such a hottie. He is what you call a zaddy"
Lord how the hell did I select my friends?
I:"eyes away from him you hear? That one's mine!"
I can't believe I just said that, at least I was whispering.
Bo:"someone is marking her territory. So what about Jordan? What are you going to do with him now?"
I:"I don't know Bo. Being with Jordan will be a big mistake, my heart is with another, that won't be fair to him"
Bo:"then just tell him okay. Don't raise his hopes any further"
I nod, grab my phone and walk out of the ward. Thankfully Adeya and Ray are distracted,i don't want to answer endless questions.
**phone rings**
Jor:"hey Isa. How're you? How's Adeya feeling now?"
I:"I'm good Jordan, how're you? She's better already."
Jor:"oh that's good."
I:"Jordan can we meet up in about 30 minutes?"
Jor:"yeah. Are you okay? Did something happen?"
I:"no no nothing happened, I just need to talk to you"
Jor:"okay just text me where you want us to meet and I'll be there."
I:"okay bye"
I text him and tell him to meet me at a park close to the hospital.
I walk there and sit on a bench. Now I have to think about this properly before he gets here.
Jordan is a good guy, really good guy. Kind, smart, good listener, the list goes on and on, but I don't feel the same way about him. Being with him will only break his heart in the end.
**phone rings**
R:"hey isabelle. Where are you?"
I:"I'm around, I just needed to see a friend real quick."
R:"the Jordan guy?"
I:"bye Ray. Tell Adey I'll be back soon"
Now see the fool my heart decides to fall in love with. He's too much sometimes, but he's the one I love!
Jor:"isa?"
I:"oh her jor you're here already!?"
Jor:"yeah, you sounded like you needed to see me urgently"
I:"yeah. Let's sit"
Jor:"it's serene here"
I:"yeah"
He turns his full attention to me. I need this to go well. I'm nervous, I don't want to hurt him or ruin our friendship. Here it goes
I:"I need you to listen and not interrupt me"
He nods
I:"Jordan you're a really good guy, the best Infact. But, I don't feel the same way about you. I'm in love with the father of my child and being with you, won't be fair. To either of us. I don't want to ruin our friendship, please understand."
Jor:"wow"
I frown what does he mean by wow?
I:"what do you mean by..."
Jor:"what I mean is this. The guy cheated on you, he chose another. You despised him and now he shows up obviously loaded and you suddenly are 'in love with him' that's a load of bull isa."
I give him a very good slap. How dare he!
I:"how dare you! What the hell do you mean? I'm a gold digger? I'm with him now because he's loaded? How do you even know he's loaded?"
Jor:"I'm sorry isa, I just got a bit upset. I googled his name"
What!
I:"that's it I'm done. I apologise for wasting your time or leading you on. I really am"
I stand and turn to leave, but he grabs my arm and forces me to turn towards him. He looks so scary! Different from the Jordan I know or knew. What the hell!
I:"let me go Jordan or I'll scream"
Jor:"I need you to shut up isa. Shut the fuck up!"
That gets my attention. He's so pissed his face turned pink.
Jor:"I won't let you go. You hear me?"
He starts kissing me. I'm disgusted.
I:"Jordan... Pl... Please... Stop... This."
I say with blurry eyes. I'm so scared, the park is empty at this time. No one knows I'm here
He's pulled away from me and when I wipe the tears from my eyes. I see Ray beating Jordan. It looks like a live wrestling match except Ray is in beast mode.
I:" Ray please stop"
I think he hears me, he looks up and runs to me.
R:"are you okay babe? Did he hurt you?"
He turns me around looking for any sign of a bruise or injury.
I:"I'm fine. Thank you"
I look over at Jordan and he's just sitting there glaring at Ray while cleaning the blood off his mouth.
I can't believe what just happened.
I start crying and Ray lifts me up. He carries me to the coffee shop from yesterday.
He sets me down on a chair. Then goes to get us coffee.
I:"thank you"
R:"what happened?"
I:"I just wanted to explain to him that I don't feel the same about him. And shit hit the roof. Thanks for saving me. I don't know what got into him, Jordan I know will never do anything like that. How did you know where to find me?"
R:"hmmmn. When you hung up. I started looking for you, I came here, hoping you'll be here, but you weren't. I was about to give up and go back to the ward. But then i saw the park and decided to go sit there, but when I got closer I noticed someone was in trouble. Then i heard your voice."
I:"thanks Ray."
R:"it's okay baby. But you have to file a complaint"
I just nod. Bo will be disappointed
