Chapter Four: Boy Of The Void
Sammy Lawrence's Point Of View
I made sure to tighten the ropes around her wrists so she couldn't escape. I wanted her alive and as a sacrifice. I knew Savoir could be around here somewhere. He had decided to hide from me but this would get his attention. The woman begged through the gag for forgiveness to the so called 'gods' above. I finally tied her to the pole while making a new pentagram. I counted over the knives I had. If I missed one, it could become a nightmare for me. I hated distractions. I heard the woman's muffled cries but knew that this needed to be done. I could be free from this body! If Savoir helped me, then I would fit into society. I forget names every now and then but never forgot faces. I examined every knife closely. I needed a bright, clean one.
I found an old one so I turned around to face the woman. Tears had formed in her eyes. "Wh-Wh-What are you-you-you gonna do to me?" She asked as I removed her gag. I shushed her and told her to close her eyes. "It'll hurt for a bit. Don't worry, you'll get used to it." She shut her eyes as I could hear the whimpers coming from her. She wanted to live. So did I. No! No distractions! I took the knife and stabbed her in chest. I began cutting my way in to take out her heart. Blood seeped into my inky body and I felt a little more human. The woman's whimpers began to stop. She bled out as I cut into more of the skin. Peeling it off and tossing it to the side would be helpful. After all, the flesh had no use for me. Especially Savoir. I looked up at the woman again who looked to be unconscious. Proved to be helpful. Now, I could take the time to sacrifice.
I flung the corpse over my shoulder and carried it down to a safe place. I dumped her corpse onto a pile of skeletons and closed the door. I sorted through the organs and placed the organs around a pentagram. I needed a few more things but what? I had no recollection of how Joey Drew achieved Savoir nor remembered how Savoir vanished. Some dark magic had been connected to a book of some sort. Joey Drew kept it close to himself. I needed time to think. I picked up the sound of a audiomobile and turned to listen closely. A door creaked open. Even though I thrived a few levels down, the entire first floor must have been destoryed. "Creak, creak, creak, creak." A female voice said. She laughed as another voice interrupted. "I don't know about this," A fe/male voice said. "What if someone sees us?" The voice asked. "Y/n! Calm down. Everything's fine!" The first voice said. Some new sheep heh? I looked around for my special axe and made sure to clean it good.
I began to take the stairs even though it seemed more unstable than ever. The two voices countied speaking to one another which provided help for me. I would find them easily and then use them for more sacrifice. Savoir would notice my loyalty to him soon. Under my breath, I began to sing my favorite song.
Sheep,
Sheep,
Sheep,
It's time for sleep.
Rest your head.
It's time for bed.
In the morning, you may wake.
Or in the morning, you'll be dead.
The two voices stopped all together. "Y-Y-Y-You heard-heard-heard that r-r-r-r-right-right?" The second voice asked. I heard footsteps apporach where I hid. In the dark light, I could see a dark bronzed girl carrying a black cynilder. "Show yourself!" The woman yelled. She couldn't and probably wouldn't be able to fight me. I snuck through the shadows and toward the g/n. The g/n didn't seem to notice me because of how s/he paid attention to her/his friend. I raised the axe above her/his head until I heard a scream. I looked around and noticed the bronzed girl pointing at me. Her friend turned to where she had been pointing and became pale. I whacked the g/n unconscious and went after the other girl.
She had run away into the dark tunnels of the rotting studio which proved difficult because of the many twists and turns. I, myself have somehow gotten lost and ended up in the wrong place. Who knows where that girl could have gone! I became lost in my own thoughts and had become focused on one goal. To be normal, it would mean to become difficult. Savoir must understand that I mean good intentions! All I just wish is for some help retaining my human form. I would like to escape this inky prison I call a body. I didn't choose to give up as I rounded another corner. Out of nowhere, the girl ran right in front of me, spraying me with something wet. I looked at the girl as horror filled her face. "Excuse my language but shit!" She had been cornered so I took this chance.
I swung at her good.
