Y/N: His feathers shot out and carry's Battlecats up in the air.

Lobos: Get him! About 1 trillions Lobos charge at Y/N. Y/N spread his wings and flew up in the air knocking and slicing the Lobos back. Waaaaahhhh!!!

Y/N: *in 682 voice* He flies up next to Battlecats. YOU WILL ALL DIE SCREAMING!
Summoning some blue hellish flame on the ground. The flame burn the Lobos to ashes.

Lobos: Aaaaaaahhhhhh!!!!

Lobo: Eat this, you bastich! Pulling out an energy gun he shoots at Y/N. Y/N spat out a ball filled with burning souls at Lobo. But he was also hit by the energy weapon. Then ball hit Lobo blowing up all of Site 26.

Lobo (spirit): His body is disintegrated but he's still living on as his soul. He notices himself. Holy fragaroli... welp I'm definitely not picking up that bounty now. They have more information of the Scps that we know about. Any information about the 05 can either be the truth or a lie. But what I'm saying right now is the truth. They pull every string and hear any whisper going on.

A/N: As Y/N just explained the 05 Council is the smallest but the most powerful organization group in the Scp world. They are human but they posses equipment that Elon Musk dream of having. They have a amulet of a deceased but very powerful reality warper. With the amulet they're immune to reality warping things. The 05 doesn't interact in person they'll only interact with you by a video call or just by messaging. They are not to interact with Scps in fear of corruption or death but sometimes they don't follow their own rules. These guys are mysterious and untrustworthy because they'll even kill their own colleagues for extra control.  They even have clear access to Scp 006 "The Fountain of Youth" a well that has water that can cure diseases and imbue vitality, health, and longevity to anyone that drinks it. They may be human but it's said that some of them went through some anomalous alterations to ascend ultimate power. It's also said that they have certain Scps being their personal bodyguards or assistants. The 05 have their own task force. Task Force Alpha-01, "Red Right Hand" the best of the best handpicked for their skills and loyalty to the Council. If the 05 Council doesn't care for you then you'll find a red laser dot on your head meaning that the Red Right Hand are gonna assassinate you. The 05 have their own mouth piece known as The Administrator. There's always been an Administrator representing the interests of the 05 Council to the world. Then there is the "Factotum" these bodyguards and personal assistant are very powerful wielding great institutional strength and are powerful anomalies themselves. Who are the 05 Council? Well to be honest not sure mostly because the information about them are either a lie or truth. But I'll try to explain to the best of my abilities of each of the 05 Council member.

A/N: 05-1 the most powerful of the Council considered to be one of the people that started the Foundation meaning he/she could be 200 years old. The race and gender of 05-1 is unknown.

A/N: 05-2 considered to be the most active anomalous of the 05. Unknown if male or female but it's been said that they are an elderly person with clues to a mysterious past.

A/N: 05-3 is considered a male and seems to be of European descent. He's generally considered extremely intelligent as well as the nicest members of the 05 acting as a kind of conscience for the others.

A/N: 05-4 is consider a male. They got into the 05 by killing a previous 05-4 and that they got the entire collection of the little mister series from Dr.Wondertainment aka Scp 001. (There is a lot of Scp 001 btw).

A/N: 05-5 is considered a male and is the more front facing members of the Council. More likely to interact with the public than the others, and is speculated that he's the one who runs the vast network of front businesses regularly used for cover by the Foundation at large.

A/N: 05-6 is considered a male and is probably of European descent. His reputation is mixed though. It's said that he is the Foundation's top field agent while some say he's a puppet for the GOC.

A/N: 05-7 is believed to be a woman of South Asian descent. She is a charismatic master tactician, and plays a crucial role in selecting and hiring the elite staff that works around the 05.

A/N: 05-8 is the most mysterious figure, even among the 05 Council members. It's said that they've already been assassinated as they haven't been seen for quite some time but it could also be a lie for backstabbers.

A/N: 05-9 it's said that 05-9 is a woman  hired to join the Council directly from a public senator after a scandal. Or that 05-9 is a informal title for whoever is the acting Head of the Foundation Intelligence Agency.

A/N: 05-10 is believed to have combat experience of one form or another. They're referred as "The Assassin" a female former hitman who's likely the most proficient killer alive. Or that 05-10 is a former high level member of the US military.

A/N: 05-11 is considered a high level politician placed by the Council on the United States to maintain Foundation control over political questions and dealings. Or is an 80 year old Japanese bureaucrat with self esteem issues. Or just the Foundation's chief disinformation officer. Or that this was all a lie. (Total mind fuck right?)

A/N: 05-12 was once Adam Bright the father of Dr.Bright. Dr.Bright has a brother and sister and like him they are Scps but unlike him they're in containment. And their powers aren't as amazing as Dr.Bright for their powers bringing their own suffering. Adam Bright quickly jumped up to the rankings to become a 05 Council member so he can free his children from containment. But he was sadly assassinated by an 05 Council member. Or 05-12 is the accountant for the Council.
