Piercer: I guess I'll explain the rules of this exam again just in case... the first selection process of the Provisional Hero License Examinations has commenced! In this expansive dynamic battlefield, balls will fly! Each examinee has three targets and they can place anywhere they like on their person. Each will also be provided six balls! Those who have all three of their targets hit are eliminated! And the first 100 individuals to take down at least two others will pass!

Ms. Joke: The "first 100 to pass" system is really going to spur on the attacking types. But there's more to it than that, isn't there?

Aizawa: Unity... cooperation... information gathering ability... it looks like factors will be the keys to success in this exam. The first to pass system might get some examinees carried away. Causing them to lose their cool... only to have the tables turned on them.

Shikkui: So most of the projectiles got deflected, huh?

Shindo: The kids from UA won't be done in with just something like this!

Shikkui: Even still, I see an opening. His quirk is "hardening" a little different from Kirishima but the difference is that he hardens objects other than himself. Anyway Shikkui hardens the ball the balls are harder than concrete. You take it from here. He passes the balls to Toteki.

Toteki: I'll take it from here. "Boomerang" Trajectory Crescent Moon! This may be a bit of a reckless misstep on my part, but I'll be grateful if it is overlooked if I am able to take out some of our opponents. Target locked on! He throws the balls into the ground. The balls starts heading to the UA students. Toteki's quirk is "Boomerang" it seems to allow the user to control the trajectory of thrown objects. This can allow the objects to hone in on targets.

Izuku: The balls are coming from underground!

Toteki (in mind): I've taken my aim. With the trajectory of the balls concealed underground, you won't be able to react.

Jiro: Everyone get down! I'll take care of this! She plugs in her earphone jacks into her amplifiers. She touches the ground. Heartbeat Fuzz! She breaks the ground in front of her.

Students: Whoa! They're being shot out!

Mineta: The balls were about to hit him. They're coming our way!!!

Mina: She jumps in front of Mineta. Viscosity, solubility, max! Acid Veil! She made a wall of acid that destroyed the balls.

Mineta: We're saved! All thanks to your awesome technique!

Mina: By making my acid more gooey and attaching it to walls, it can come in handy as a defensive technique!

Heroes: They've come up with some special moves, huh. Those UA kids are at the top of their game...!

Tokoyami: An opening has presented itself! Black Ankh! He has Dark Shadow latched onto him like armor just like last chapter is just that he came up a new name for it.

Izuku: You made it easier to say and cooler sounding too!

Tokoyami: Piercing Claw of The Dusk! Grabbing one of his balls he stretches his large arm at Tatami.

Tatami: Whoa dangerous. She sucks her upper body into waist dodging Tokoyami's attack. Foof... they're strong.

Shindo: This is not the same Class A we saw at the sports festival... they've come so far in that time already.

Mera: It seems like we're a bit of stalemate right now... 0 examinees have passed so far. Ehh... as I get more information, I'll keep you all in the loop and announce from here.

Ms. Joke: That's some pretty big talk, Eraser... there are so many kids aiming to become heroes, it's like trying to count the stars. The strength of that resolve cares not for fame nor for namelessness. To assume the role of the leading part and look down on everyone else... if anything, that's how you get the tables turned on you.

Shindo: His quirk is "Shake" He can make things shake just by touching them. However aftershocks are reflected back into his body based on the strength and speed of the shaking, sometimes rendering him unable to move. If we're talking about special moves, naturally we've got some up our sleeves too.

Mineta: What's this guy's problem?! They're falling.

Uraraka: Deku!

Mera: Now then.... it should be about time for one or two to pass.. *yawn* any moment now...

Students: Some of the students are at the city terrain fighting to pass the exam. They felt the earthquake that Shindo made. Earthquake...?! Or someone's quirk? Focus on what's in front of you! There's no telling what can happen in this free for all! We've got to cooperate! We need to get some distance and observe everyone's quirks! Camie: Not a bad way to throw a ball at you, right? She tries hitting Izuku's last target. Izuku jumps away.

Izuku (in mind): Close one! Grabbing a ball. Counter attack! ....or not? The moment you take your eyes off of her... she vanishes!

Camie: Are you thinking I have a vanishing quirk? Sneaking up behind Izuku she pins him down to the ground. I was only just hiding, that's all! This is just technique. Averting from the eyes and ears of my opponents... in that instant, I hold my breath, and without thinking about anything, I conceal my presence and vanish. The challenge is the "without thinking about anything" part.

He kicks the ground underneath students knocking them back. Upon strong impact, it immediately responds to that power by producing a blowback like movement. Instead of a bang. It's more like a bang-bang! That's the kind of power reinforcing effect these support items have!

Students: Uwwaahhh?! Izuku gets away with Uraraka. He destroyed our footing to get away! Those UA kids think fast, damn it! They're gone! Did they hide somewhere? They've got to be nearby! Now that I think about it though, that was pretty inefficient, wasn't it?

Uraraka: Thank you. Sorry for messing up back there.

Izuku: No... it's nothing at all. That aside.... Uraraka grabs a ball. She was about to get Izuku's last target till Izuku smacks the ball off her hand. Could it be that you're somebody from Shiketsu?

Uraraka: Huh?

Izuku: After Uraraka underwent training for her quirk.... she was able to use it on herself for a short period of time without any side effects. Even in the face of danger, she should be able to activate it. And above all to appear right in front of the enemy without any sort of plan... is not like the Uraraka I know.

?Uraraka?: So her body begins to melt. in realizing it, but still saving me... were you trying to take advantage of the situation?

Izuku: Whaa...!!! I hadn't thought it all through.... but in the end it turned out all right... if you really weren't Uraraka... then you wouldn't have been able to float. There's no way I could have stood by and watched you fall.

Todoroki (in mind): He defeated a group and hit the targets on the students that attacked him and he's using both his fire and ice quirks at the same time. Using both my left and right at the same time... I still haven't gotten enough practice... my movements are a bit sluggish. His targets light up. All three of them lit up.

Mera: Examinees who have passed should proceed to the waiting room.

A/N: These targets transmit data regarding individuals who have passed and failed! They collect information about their wearers and the balls, and are able to detect who hit who, their relative distances, their movements, and various other factors! Once attached, you need a special magnetic key in order to remove them. They're surprisingly high tech!

Rat: *squeak* *squeak* having a phone on top of it. It catches Todoroki's attention.

Todoroki: A rat?

Todoroki (in mind)i: He looks around his surroundings. Is someone controlling this rat?

Izuku: I know that the others are trying to attack us, but... very least, if there's a group of them nearby, then maybe we can make something happen...

Izuku: Well, when we're told to hit the targets, I think most of us just hitting the target with the balls from afar. Without knowing the nature of the quirks our opponents have, to move about and aim for the targets while protecting ourselves, that's a tall order. We're also short on time, so.... let's figure out how many people we need in order for all of us to pass and first immobilize them. After we do that, when we can go ahead and hit their targets with our balls. Class A has a lot of people who excel at wide range suppression, so if anyone can do it, it's us...

Sero: I see... it's also difficult to tell whether or not you've really hit the target from afar, too... now that I think about it, maybe that's the key to this exam....

Uraraka: Shh! Hold on a second... are people coming this way...?

A/N: Seiji's quirk is "Meatball" this quirk gives him the ability to manipulate raw flesh. He can knead other people's bodies into disfigured balls of flesh, leaving them incapacitated. His own flesh is more versatile; it can be detached, expanded, and remotely controlled for offensive and defensive purposes. He does if from a distance by summoning these sandy finger things. Be sure to stay away from those fingers.

Denki: Look at what that guy did to him!

Seiji: Us studetns at Shiketsu, we are required to wear our school caps during all of our activities. Why, you ask? It's because every action, every gesture we do reflects the rich tradition that adorns Shiketsu High's name. This is a demonstration. As individuals who have cultivated their sense of duty and dignity long before they even began school, this is the difference in level between us and you lot of uncouth plebeians who aspire to become heroes.

I've spent my entire life on my 4 limbs and ever since I've got my human form back I've gotten so much stronger than before. Now after 1 year in my human form I learned how to move like a human again. Combing the movements of a human, movements as an animal, going through all that suffering. Momo: Because Y/N was himself when he was taken there as a child. He used to be human like us back when he was 5 years old that was when he turned into that reptile. Both of his parents were scared and worried about him they were both confused. Y/N was scared and confused as well. His mom and dad did everything they can to bring him back to normal and keep him secret from everyone. And just so you know this was way back when quirks didn't exist so there was no explanation of why Y/N turned into that thing.

Jiro: This was when quirks weren't a thing?

Momo: But I have found an answer of why and how he turned into that. The person that turned Y/N into that reptile. His real father turned him into that reptile. The Scarlet King Scp 001.

Shouji: Who's the Scarlet King?

Momo: He's an entity that wants to destroy this world. He is so much more powerful than All Might. But he's stuck in the dimension and he's slowly breaking free but there is one person that can stop him and that is his son 999.

Shouji: 999 is the son of that entity?

Momo: He has about 7 children... one of them is Y/N and 999 the rest I don't know yet. 999 isn't strong enough to face the Scarlet King right now but Y/N is helping him get strong enough so that he can save our world from him. Also the Scarlet King corrupted Y/N making him murder all those people.

Tsuyu: How can you be sure that 999 can stop him?

Momo: Y/N and the Foundation that kidnapped him. They said it was prophecy that one of the children of the Scarlet King will defeat him and that child is 999.

Jiro: I see but why didn't report to the Pros about this?

Momo: Otherwise the Foundation would've took him away again. The Foundation has many ways to keep them self hidden and they'll do whatever's necessary.

Shouji: The Scarlet King you said he was corrupting Y/N.

Momo: Yes he did that you can ask Iida and Midoriya. They know about the Scarlet King corrupting him. If I remember they also must've told Bakugo and Kirishima about it as well. But we never told them about Y/N's past we didn't tell anyone else either. The Foundation they hurt him, they experimented him, torture him, kept him isolated from the world.

Shoji: But how did they know about Y/N?

Momo: The people in the neighborhood he lived in they found out about him. They made up rumors about him being 1,000 years old and is a monster that'll kill anything that it hates all life. Because of these false rumors the Foundation found and took him away. Y/N's parents tried to reason with the people there but they wouldn't listen when they saw Y/N they immediately attacked him and feared him. Y/N wasn't doing anything wrong Y/N did everything he can to show them that he was good that he was harmless but the people there kept on spreading rumors trying to get rid of him. They wouldn't listen... so because of all that Y/N was full of hatred, fear, and sadness. So using that to his advantage the Scarlet King forced him into killing.

Tsuyu: That's so sad...

Shouji: Yes but how do we know if Y/N was telling you the truth?

Momo: We could get Shinso he can use his quirk on Y/N forcing him to tell the truth.

Jiro: That could work. But till then we got to stop this exam let's go to the waiting room.

Back then when I was alive I used this quirk for mobility and to capture villains or objects. But One For All changed it making it stronger and it would seem you have changed it as well too.

Y/N channeled One For All into his finger aims at 058 then flicks his finger. The force released by the finger destroyed 058's tentacles knocking 058 back crashing into a building.

Y/N: Iconic Thunder! Thunder strikes at 058. Y/N places his left hand onto the ground spreading Blackwhip. Chains of Tartarus! Blackwhip holds both 058 and 2006 down. Y/N faces 953.

Y/N: Thunder roars through the sky bringing chills to 953's spine. All alone without back up... this should be fun... he charges at 953 grabbing her face slamming her down to the ground.

953: She uses her right arm to punch Y/N in the face hoping to break free. As soon as 953 was going to punch Y/N the third time he bite off 953's fingers. Aaaaahhhh!!!! Y/N spits out her fingers.

Y/N: Your essence would help me get stronger but no way in hell am I gonna let you be inside of me... he pushes 953 to a wall still holding onto her face. Y/N then starts running pushing 953's face into a wall. Slowly killing 953.

The people that heroes save are always virtuous people, and no one else. If I'm able to be of us to the Alliance that accepted me for who I was, then I think I can be happy being who I am. What I as searching for were others who are just as crazy as I am.
