A/N: Homeless Emperor executive cadre High Dragon threat level. Homeless Emperor was once an laid off human barely making by and had no choice but to dance naked for money. He grew to hate humans and of how his life was going he was gonna attempt suicide. Before he could hang himself God himself (God in his world) appeared in front of him saying that he's not a fan of human neither. God gave Homeless Emperor a gift an power unlike no other he then said that "you should know how to use it" then left. Homeless Emperor then used the gift God gave him to kill humans due to how powerful his abilities were he became a High Dragon threat also becoming an executive in the Monster Association. Homeless Emperor has the power to summon these light orbs around him. These light orbs are capable of disintegrating anyone and anything that touches it he can even shoot these light orbs as if he was shooting multiple "kame hame ha". Homeless Emperor can control the direction and size the light orbs can become but Homeless Emperor isn't immune to the light orbs he can accidentally hurt or kill himself if he were to touch these light orbs. Not only that Homeless Emperor is still a human meaning he possess similar traits of a average man and can die normally too. Knowing that the Monster Association would kill him if they discover that he's still a human Homeless Emperor still sides with them on killing humanity. Homeless Emperor only does long distance fights as since he's still human he would immediately lose if he was in close quarters combat. Homeless Emperor was killed by God in his world during his fight with the S class heroes.

1765-1: Black Sperm executive cadre High Dragon threat. Black Sperm is a small humanoid figure with a tail like protrusion at the top of his head. He has a full black color body with a white face. Black Sperm is one of the most dangerous executives in the Monster Association due to his ability to shapeshift, carry more than one clone of himself in one body, and fuse. Black Sperm has 11 trillion 449 billion 1 million 712 thousand 554 cells (clones) of himself inside of himself that he can send out at will or if he's being cut down. The only way to hurt him is to not use any sharp weapons. Black Sperm is incredibly strong even if his body doesn't look like it. He defeated S class hero Atomic Samuria and gave most of the S class, A class, and master swordsmen a very difficult time including both Genos and Tatsumaki in their weakened state. Black Sperm can grow his entire body or part of his body depending on the amount of cells that are in that body. Each cell of himself share the same mind as Black Sperm as long as there is one cell of himself he'll still be alive. One cell of himself isn't much of a threat so Black Sperm always make sure that there is more than one cell of himself in a body. If Black Sperm can't win a fight he can fuse about  55 trillion cells of himself to turn into Golden Sperm. Golden Sperm doesn't share the same mind as Black Sperm but is rather cooperative to his weaker self. Golden Sperm is a bigger (a little bit taller than Superalloy Darkshine) and muscular version of Black Sperm and is much stronger too. Golden Sperm is more muscular and shines brighter than S class hero Superalloy Darkshine and is stronger than the S class hero as he knocked him out with one punch. Golden Sperm's body is made out of gold so acid won't work on him. If Golden Sperm isn't strong enough then about 53 trillion 999 billion 999 million 999 thousand 900 cells will fuse and turn into Platinum Sperm. Platinum Sperm is much stronger than Golden, but more slimmer, smaller (about 5'5 ft an average human), and agile than Golden. Platinum Sperm's protrusion on his head is much longer just enough for it to move so fast and hit or strangle opponents from afar. Platinum Sperm is strong enough to defeat S class hero Flashy Flash and is even faster than him he could kinda rival against Monster Garou (before he discovered that God Slayer fist technique). Platinum Sperm moves so fast he can beat you down as he walks pass you. But he was soon killed by Monster Garou. After the fight with executives and S class Black Sperm being one of the two survivors only has one cell of himself making him a wolf class threat he soon became Saitama's pet for his own safety.

1765-2: Evil Natural Water executive cadre High Dragon threat. Evil Natural Water is well a sentient living water liquid with human eye balls and piranhas inside of it. Evil Natural Water is both a threat to humans and monster it's so dangerous the monster esper executive Gyoro Gyoro struggled to keep it contained. Evil Natural Water shares a parasitic relationship with the piranhas it has inside of it. The piranhas will shoot out of Evil Natural Water to chow down on any targets slowing them down for Natural Water to absorb them. Evil Natural Water can drown anyone by absorbing them and have the piranhas inside of it to consume them. Evil Natural Water can shoot out dangerous power water jets capable of piercing through steel as it pierced the top 2-4 A class rank samurai hero's katanas. Evil Natural Water during his fight with S class Child Emperor it absorbed oil becoming immune to freezing so freezing this liquid isn't an option. Evil Natural Water can absorb more water around it becoming more bigger and stronger than before. Even if Evil Natural Water is about 2 inches tall it still posses as a threat due to it's water jets still being capable of piercing through a human body. Evil Natural Water was killed by S class hero Pig God in the aftermath of the S class vs Monster executives. However Evil Natural Water has some kind of role with the God in the One Punch world being the avatar of Mother Sea.

1765-3: Gouketsu executive cadre High Dragon threat. was once a human turned into a monster. Gouketsu was a material arts master the tournament he was fighting in was being attacked by Orochi who then defeated and kidnapped Gouketsu. Gouketsu was given a decision to either die or become stronger and turn into a monster. Gouketsu chose to become a monster and become stronger now growing enormous in size about 9 meters tall he became an executive of the Monster Association. He's much stronger than Genos moving so fast his tracking eye couldn't see him as he crushed him with one punch. He was later defeated by Saitama.

A/N: Overgrown Rover cadre executive high dragon threat. Rover is a giant 11 meters tall monster dog that shoots out hot fire that it looks like lasers. Rover is basically just a giant dog monster that shoots fire capable of disintegrating a living being, stones, level city blocks, and destroy several floors of the Monster Association. It's tough enough to survive Saitama's punches but now runs away from Saitama fearing that he'll kill him. It'll kill you by crushing, biting, or shooting fire. It defeated half monster Garou. After The whole Executives and S class fight Rover was reverted into a size of a puppy being a small wolf class monster he soon became Saitama's pet.

1765-1: Nyan executive high dragon threat. Seeming about 6 to 7 feet tall Nyan is an anthropomorphic cat monster that can travel through small gaps about the size of 3 millimeters and has razor sharp claws. Nyan was just a ordinary house cat living with his owner that gave him so many unwanted love and affection. Nyan soon became a monster and left his owner to become an executive. Nyan was capable of slashing S class Puri Puri Prisoner in which razor sharp blades couldn't pierce his body. His sharp claws are tough enough for him to redirect bullets from a Barrett M95 large caliber sniper. He gave S class hero Drive Knight a good fight but Drive Knight killed Nyan without sustaining lethal damage. He is immune to knockout gas.
