Mor'du
🔯
A little girl with red curly hair ran to her mom and dad.
"So did you get it, Merida?" asked Eleanor.
"Yes, and you know what?" said Merida smiling up at her mom and dad.
"What?" asked Eleanor.
"I saw a wisp!"
"A wisp?" said Eleanor.
"Better be careful or else they might bite,"said Fergus.
"They don't have teeth," said Merida. Fergus rolled his eyes and walked away to the wooden table.
Eleanor lifted up Merida and held her in her arms. "Your father doesn't believe in those things."
"Well he should because they're real." Merida saw a shadow behind them and screamed. Eleanor turned and saw the bear.
Fergus called his men and he took his sword and charged at the fearsome bear.
Eleanor took Merida and hopped on the horse.
"What about dad?" asked Merida, pointing at Fergus.
"Your dad's going to be fine," said Eleanor. She and Merida rode back to the castle.
The bear tried to shove Fergus away but he still kept on coming. All the men took their spears and threw it at the bear.
The bear got angry. Fergus tried to stab it but the bear took the sword from Fergus and cut his leg. Fergus screamed in pain. Some men went over to help their king while others tried to fight it.
Jack and Kristoff ran out of the woods and saw them fighting against the bear. Kristoff looked in fright as well as Jack.
Jack looked at his hand, "Shoot! I forgot my staff!"
The bear stood up and it was like 13-foot-tall, and before he could attack the helpless man who was lying on the ground, Jack took a wooden chair and slammed it on the bear's back making the chair break.
The bear turned around and glared at Jack.
Jacks eyes widen and he muttered, "Huh oh."
The bear roared at Jack's face.
"Get down!" Jack ducked when he heard the voice. He saw an arrow flew to the bear but it broke when it made contact with its body.
What is this bear made of? thought Jack, he stood up and turned to the person who had shot the arrow. He was surprised to see that it was a girl who looked no older then him. She threw the bow away and threw the sword to Jack. Jack caught it just in time and blocked the bear's hand giving it a cut. The bear growled in pain. The girl took out two swords and ran to the bear, she jumped up and tried to cut the bear but the bear shoved her away. Kristoff lifted the table and threw it at the bear knocking it backwards. The girl stood up and cut the bear's leg making it fall down with a loud thump. Before they could do anything, the bear got up and dashed into the woods.
"That's right, and don't ever come back!" said Kristoff.
Jack and the girl were breathless. "That is some bear," said Jack.
"That's Mor'du," said the girl.
Jack turned towards her. "What?"
She brushed her silky red hair, "That was the demon bear, Mor'du."
Jack nodded, "Oh. And does it come here often?"
The girl shook her head, "No, but my uncle fights him couple times."
"So the bear's a him then," said Kristoff.
She nodded. Jack looked at Kristoff and back at the girl. "I'm Jack and this is Kristoff."
She smiled, "I'm Crystal DunBroch."
"DunBroch?" asked Jack with a raised eyebrow. "Are you the princess whose birthday is today?"
Crystal nodded, "Yes I'm a princess but actually its my cousin's birthday."
"Oh," said Kristoff and Jack.
Crystal turned around and went into the tent. Fergus was on a chair while two men were trying to stop the bleeding.
"We need to get him back to the castle," said the man.
They carried Fergus out of the tent and put him on a horse. All the horses were gone, except for one.
"Who's going to ride this one?" asked Kristoff.
"You two can both ride this one," said Crystal.
They both looked at her. "What about you?" asked Jack.
"I'll see you both back at the castle." Jack and Kristoff both were shocked at what happened next, Crystal had disappeared right where she was standing.
"What just happened?" asked Kristoff.
"Don't know," said Jack shrugging. They both got on the horse; Jack was at the front while Kristoff was at the back. They all head to the castle.
Arendalle
"So she has the four elements?" asked Mason who was sitting in the wheelchair. Elsa nodded. "That is so cool."
"But she would have to use each one after four hours," said Elsa, folding her arms on her chest.
"What?" said Mason. "That's so stupid."
"I know."
"Why can't she use all of them?"
"Philip said she'll be able to use all of them once she is in her true potential." They both looked down at Anine who was playing dolls with Anna.
"But she's too young," said Mason.
"In the future, he said," said Elsa.
Mason sighed, he tried to reach for a cookie that was on the table between him and Elsa, but he yelp in pain. He griped his legs.
"You okay?" asked Elsa.
"Yeah," said Mason as he tried to relax.
"Just what exactly happened to your leg anyway?"
"I wanted Zachary to show me that he can fly," said Mason with an annoyed look. I jumped down from the tree hoping he would fly down from the balcony and catch me but...too bad."
"What makes you think he could fly?" asked Elsa.
"I saw him once, in his room."
"Well that is so stupid of you to think he would fly down from the balcony to catch you."
Mason groaned, "I know, you don't have to remind me.''
"I miss him," said Elsa.
"Didn't you see him not too long ago?" said Mason with a raised eyebrow.
"A year, Mason," said Elsa. "I wish he could have come with you."
"Yeah but being the first prince and all, he need to stay for training," said Mason.
Anna came over to Elsa, "Elsa can you tie my hair?"
"Sure," said Elsa. "Where's your brush?"
"Its in my room."
"Okay lets go." Elsa stood up and followed Anna.
Mason looked at their retreating figures and sighed. He looked at Anine who was on the floor. He picked up a book and tried to entertain himself; he wasn't a reading person, but his brother, he would have a book with him almost everywhere he goes.
"Huh Mason?" He looked at Anine who was now standing in front of him. "What are you reading?"
Mason looked down at the title and shrugged, "Just a book about the universe."
Anine raised an eyebrow. "What's a universe?"
"Um..."
"You don't have to answer that," said Anine. "Do you want to go outside?"
"Yeah actually, I've been stuck in here all day."
Anine nodded and went behind him. She tried to push the wheelchair. "You're so heavy!"
Mason chuckled at Anine's silliness. "Anine, go call someone," he said.
"Oh okay." Anine ran out of the room. She then came back with a maid. The maid pushed Mason and they all went out to the back yard. "Thank you!" said Anine to the maid making her smile, she bowed and left.
Mason closed his eyes, feeling the cool breeze.
"Like the wind?" asked Anine.
"Yeah," replied Mason. "I wish there was no laws or rules so I can be free like the wind."
"What do you mean?"
"Well we're royalty which means when we grow up we will be doing our royal duties all day and never get a day off. Our parents can force us to do things we don't want to for the sake of our kingdoms."
Anine frowned and stood in front of Mason. "If dad ever does that then I would have to run away. And if you're right, then I don't want to. I don't want anyone controlling me around. It would be good if we don't have rules or laws that can tell us what to do or not to do all the time. What if one day we don't have rules or laws?" Mason was looking astonished; he was just stating a simple fact but she gave it all her thought.
"If that happens then that means I can marry you," he said jokingly.
Anine gave him a weird look. "What? But we're cousins!"
Mason shrugged and looked into the little girls eyes. "I don't care; I want us to always be together."
Anine didn't say anything; she just looked dumbfounded at the emerald eyed boy.
After a while, Mason burst out laughing. "Come on Anine, can't you take a joke?"
Anine shook her head and punched his arm. "Ouch!" Mason held his arm, looking at Anine.
"There you guys are!" Elsa and Anna came to them through the door. "What are you both doing?" asked Elsa.
"Just telling jokes," said Mason as he laughed again.
"That was not funny," said Anine. "I thought you were serious."
"Why would I be serious to something like that?"
Anine sent him a glare and looked away.
"Oh come on Anine, I'm sorry, okay?" Mason tried getting her attention.
Anine scoffed and turned around, "Whatever."
Elsa and Anna looked at each other, and then back at the two wondering what had happened.
DunBroch
Fergus was sleeping on the bed while the healers were healing him.
Eleanor and Merida walked in with Jane.
Merida ran to her dad's side. "Dad, are you alright?"
"Yes, I'm fine?"
"Jack!" Jane went to Jack and embraced him. "You okay? You didn't get hurt, did you?"
Jack shook his head. "No, Kristoff and I are fine."
"Oh good," smiled Jane. "Now I'm never letting you out of my sight, its to dangerous. Who knows what could happen."
"Mother," whined Jack.
"Actually Jane, it was your son and his friend who had helped us fought Mor'du,'' said Fergus.
"Don't forget about me, uncle," said Crystal popping out of nowhere beside Jack and Kristoff making them jumped.
"How'd you do that?" asked Jack and Kristoff in unison.
"Uh yes, and Crystal too," said Fergus with his usual buff voice.
Crystal smiled at her uncle and looked at the two boys who were waiting for her answer. "I can teleport to places."
"Cool," said Kristoff and Jack.
"And I also have the light power," said Crystal.
"Two powers?" asked Jack. "Wow."
"Crystal!" They all turned and saw Merida running to them, she came and hugged Crystal.
"How've you been, Merida?" Crystal kneeled down to Merida's level.
"Good!" smiled Merida. She turned to the two boys. "Who are you?"
"I'm Jack and this is Kristoff," said Jack.
"Huh, happy birthday?" said Kristoff.
"Thanks," said Merida. "And I'm Merida."
"Please to meet you," said Jack.
~Time Skip~
The ballroom was filled with people, everyone was enjoying themselves.
"Happy birthday my darling," said Fergus lifting Merida up in the air. Merida let out a giggle. He put Merida down and let her go play with Crystal.
"This is the best day ever," said Merida.
"Glad you're happy," said Crystal.
After a while, Jack made snow in an empty room and they all played. They all had fun and didn't bother to go back to the party, even when their parents were looking for them.
