The sun rises over the horizon as approaching a small city is a dust cloud, though, the front of that dust cloud riding a red and black motorcycle is a 15 year old boy who stops on a cliff that overlooks the city.

The boy takes off his helmet letting his shoulder length black hair blow in the breeze. He then raises the goggles onto his forehead revealing his yellow, almost golden eyes.

"Hey, yeah. No, yeah, I'm just outside the city. Yeah, I'll sort everything out. Yeah, take care, Meguri. Yeah, you too, Matoi."

The boy sighs ending the call and places back on his helmet & goggles before continuing his drive to the school.  When he rolls up to the school he comes across a large staircase and groans. He parks the motorcycle, and begins elevating the stairs. When he arrives a boy with blue hair jumps down and points to the boy.

"You're the new kid! Fight me!" He shouts.

"You my guide or something kid? I'm in a bit of a rush. I need to speak with the principle, I think. I'm here regarding the invitation I was sent." The kid says, brushing some hair out of his face.

"Come on Black Star. Maka won't be so forgiving if we do this again."

"He's late! We should teach him a lesson for being late!"

"Remember what happened with Kid?" The white haired kid behind Black Star says annoyed.

Black Star grins. "I must defeat him!"

"Look, my first request when I accepted the transfer here was a meeting with the person in charge of the damn place. So, either take me to them, or I'll beat the information out you."

"You're so going down!" Black Star rushes the boy only for him to suddenly be slammed into the ground by Ryuko with her scissor blade.

Ryuko Matoi lands next to the defeated body of Black Star. "God you just attract dumbasses, don't you?"

"He started this mess. Either way. Thanks for being so quick. Where's Tomoe?"

"She said she had an errand to run for Sona. She'll be here in ten minutes tops." Ryuko answers the boy.

"Sounds about right. Hey, you, spiky teeth. What's your name?"

"Soul, Soul Eater Evans."

"Nice to meet you, Mr. Evans. I'm Ian Star. This person next to me is Ryuko Matoi. We're two of the three new students transferring today." Ian grins

"Ah, I see. The famous third child of the Star Clan." A man says sitting on a chair, behind him is several of the students two stand out to Ian.

"Didn't know I was famous. I was only Reborn about a year ago. You're, Dr. Stein, yeah? Master surgeon?"

Stein hums. "Something like that."

"Well?" Ian asks.

"Waiting for something?" Stein asks.

"I'm sure you can sense it radiating from me." He says seeing the glare in one of the girls eyes.

"Your escapades in Kuoh & Honnouji have been documented. Even if anyone sensed you using magic, they couldn't say much about it. You're not a witch."

"To be precise, I'm just a student. I'm here to research the properties of a Soul. Quantify its potential for my crazy doctor."

Stein chuckles. "Ah, yes. Dr. Mankoi. He was trying to make souls into energy sources for buildings and city's, correct?"

"Yup. Now, I have a meeting with person in charge here at 7 o'clock. So, if we could speed this up." Ian says impatiently.

"You seem to be down a person."

"She'll be here soon. Meguri has a bad habit of being late."

Black Star rises angered. "I'm not done with you yet!"

"What's up! What's up! Whazzup?" A person speaks in a quite frankly goofy outfit, with a silly mask and massive glove hands.

Black Star runs for Ian only for the boy to kick him in the stomach before sending his knee into the bluenette's jaw and then spinkicking Black Star down the stairs.

"Black Star!" A girl with black hair shouts watching him fall.

"He'll live. If he's strong enough to survive a hit from Matoi here then he'll definitely survive that."

Ryuko turns to Ian. "You couldn't survive a hit from me."

"I don't have a soul barrier to protect me. You should've seen it. Your soul's as red as your temper?"

Ryuko recoils. "My Soul?"

"Well, it's a dark red, kinda blackish with red lines running through it."

"What does yours look like?" She asks.

"I dunno."

Maka leans towards Stein. "Are they just... ignoring Lord Death?"

"Ahem... I said, What's up!"

"Uh, the clouds? Are you a mascot for the school or something?" Ian asks.

"Nope. I'm the principle."

"Huh. Not what I expected the Grim Reaper to look like." Ian comments.

Ryuko turns to him surprised. "You're the Grim Reaper?"

Death nods. "Yup, I am!"

"Greato. Now, why is it you've requested me to join your school?" Ian asks.

"We have a target for someone with your capabilities. However first, we'll need to test that they're up to speed with some of our best."

Ian grins cracking his knuckles. "Where's the fight?"

"Italy." Death answers.

"Heh." He chuckles before singing. "Vocal percussions on a whole 'nother level, coming from my mind." He turns around and walks down the stairs. "Two things. First, I'm looking for a person with purple hair. Her names Blare. She has information I need on a person named Clarissa Star. And second, what's the name of the target?" Ian asks.

"Sonson J." Death answers.

He continues walking down the stairs. "Got it."  Maka & Soul glance to each other and Black Star continues falling. Meanwhile in Japan.

Daniel sighs as he tries to call Ian again. But nothing happens. He sighs before placing the phone down and looking to the corpse at the ground before him.

"What's the status report?" A voice asks him from behind walking up on the red eyed Star.

"They got to Yuuto." Daniel answers.

"Who's left at this point?" Tsubasa asks stopping next to Daniel.

Daniel sighs. "Hyodo, Gremory, Sitri, Himejima, Toujo, Hanakai, Temuri, yourself, and those of us that went to Tokyo. Faith took most of them back to the Yukon. Xenovia's hiding out with Asagi. Patel's gone back to the UK and took Gale & Sis with him. Ian's unresponsive, so we don't know where he or Matoi are."

"And the Mankoi's?"

"Alan got stuck at Hope's Peak. AJ's gone into hiding again. Destroyed his own facility. We're being hunted. If I had a guess I'd say by the Safety Commission."

"They probably have all of us listed as Targets."

"That's why we'll join them. If they try to attack us, we'll prove we're better than them." Daniel shrugs.

"Better than them? With your accomplishments, why bother proving anything?" A voice speaks to the pair.

"Yeah. Why bother. It's not like I got a sniper trained on me or anything. Be warned if he fires that shot he dies. Ain't no two ways about it."

The female smiles and leans forward at Daniel, the attempt to make herself look more appealing to him is noticed, though he doesn't care. "Then work for me."

"Why should I?"

"Because. I need strong fighters if we're to stop the Gun Devil."

"The Devil that wrecked the world thirty years ago?" Daniel asks.

"Yes, The very same."

"I would. But you've also got my girlfriend as a target for extermination."

"I'm sure we can make a few exceptions." She leans back her devilish charms not working. "Your sister is also on that list, however her proximity to the Hellsing Organization makes her difficult to take into custody. Also, we haven't killed most of the targets we have. This boy here just so happened to fight one of our best agents."

"One of your best, huh?"

She nods. "Work for me, and we can change the world."

"The last person to offer me that wanted a blowjob and some heroin, so... fuck it. Let's see where this goes."

Tsubasa turns to Daniel. "You didn't accept the other person right?"

"Oh they got a blowjob." Daniel starts; gathering both ladies attention. "Only the blow came from my shotgun." There's a long pause as everyone around Daniel stares at the young adult. "I was 12."

Tsubasa looks down. "A... I... Huh?"

Makima smirks and turns walking away.
