May 10th, 2022

It's been six months since Alex and John Flint were sent back to their universe. And now, Daniel looks to his packed boxes turns to see Lucy, Faith & Tsubasa standing there with him.

"I'm surprised Sona's letting you move with us." He says looking directly at his girlfriend.

Tsubasa shrugs. "She's sending us to different places"

"So you're joining me in Tokyo?"

Tsubasa nods. "Momo's working with Meguri & Tsubaki to the underworld to help deal with this "new devils" problem."

"You mean the devils that are only powerful through fear?" Daniel asks.

Tsubasa nods. "Yeah. Honestly, I'm terrified, only of two of them though."

"Only two?" Daniel asks.

Tsubasa shrugs. "Well, Three actually..."

Daniel sighs placing another box in the group truck. "What would they be?"

"Chainsaws, Control, and... Huh... it... slips my mind now..." She says, confused as to why she can't remember it.

Daniel shrugs closing the trunk of the truck. He tosses the keys to Gale. "Its fine, we're gonna start loading the truck I guess. I guess this goodbye for now, Faith."

Faith shrugs. "For now."

"It'll only be for a year or so. Sis is going to college in Tokyo, and Chisaki, Gale & I are all checking on a disturbance in the area. At worst, the four of us, now counting Tsubasa, will only be there for like a year maybe two at most. At best it'll be a six month deal. But, I'm also going to be working part time to pay for the place. Whether it's better or worse than the school Ian will be attending in the fall. We'll have to see."

"I assume we each have our own jobs your assigning?" Faith asks.

Daniel shrugs. "Do as you all please, have fun, live a bit. I just turned eighteen and I'm happy."

"About that, did you intentionally plan to move the day of your eighteenth birthday so we couldn't have a massive party?" Faith asks.

Daniel chuckles. "I don't want a massive party. Just, some close friends, making a plan and a road trip."

Faith hugs Daniel. "Well happy birthday, you're celebrating with your friends."

"Like, what an hour per person?" She then grabs his ear and drags him out of the house with Tsubasa and Lucy following the pair. They walk all the way to a club house where inside is the entirety of the former Occult Research Club.

Faith grins entering keeping Daniel just out of sight. "We have a birthday to celebrate!"

Rias perks up. "Who's?"

"His!" She pulls Daniel into the room dragging him by the ear.

Crystia growls. "Don't ruin it! I was going to surprise him tonight!"

Xenovia stares at the pair wide eyed. "What?!"

Faith crosses her arms. "He was planning to move without celebrating his birthday!"

Xenovia, Crystia, & most of the group react negatively to this turning to Daniel and yelling in unisons. "You're leaving, again?!"

"This was part of the plan for months. Chisaki, Gale, Lucy & I are moving to Tokyo. 1 because Lucy and Gale are going to college. While Chisaki and I will be investigating some strange ripples and alerts of magical energy in the area. Ian will also be headed to the DWMA and has been requested to bring at least two others with him. Any takers? You have a month before you need to meet him in Hokkaido.

Ryuko steps forward. "I can go."

Alan sighs. 'Dad's asked for me to tag along with a group headed to investigate a company in America."

Faith stands next to Alan. "I can go with ya, Alan?"

Daniel crosses his arms. "One more."

Tomoe Meguri shrugs. "Why, Ive got nowhere I'm decided on."

Sona glances over. "We should talk this over, Tomoe."

"Lady Sona, with all due respect, you let Tsubasa go with Daniel to Tokyo."

"While true, she's also there to keep an eye on the formation of Japan's Safety Bureau Devil Hunters. Somethings not right, and it feels as though someone's begun targeting the devil peerages of those related to the devil king's. Yuuto was attacked last week, Akeno and Tsubaki were almost kidnapped by devil hunters from China. So Rias & I have decided to send the members of our peerages with trustful people. Asagi has already retreated to the isolated regions of the Pacific islands. He said his peerage plans to hide there and to beware of a woman with red hair, orange eyes, she can control others, she also knows of things that most humans seem to have forgotten about."

Daniel raises an eyebrow. "That most humans have forgotten about?"

"It's strange to me as well, but has anyone else noticed how history seems to have changed recently. For example, Most humans no longer seem to remember The Nazi party, World War 2, SOA, AIDS, Arlene Syndrome, or Nuclear Weapons. Another thing is that it is impossible to find any of these problems in this world."

Gale tilts his head. "What are those things?"

Skylar also nods. "Y-yeah, I've never heard of them."

"You've never heard of World War 2? How could you not of. It's one of the most important events in humanities history."

Daniel raises a hand to his chin, already thinking and predicting. "I have a theory." Sona hums awaiting his theory as the others start to turn to him. "I've heard rumors that there's a powerful devil, one that all others fear, called the Chainsaw Devil."

Rias & Sona both stand with a shout. "We don't speak of that monster!"

"Could it be that it's so powerful, it could erase these things from human memory, and that only supernatural beings or protected beings are immune to its effects?"

Sona sighs. "I'd have to learn from Sir Zechs or one of the other Devil Kings."

Daniel nods. "Yes, it'd be quite the issue, as discussing this with those who don't know, would be problematic."

Rias sits down. "I agree. We should keep this hushed. It seems though, that the Star Clan as well as most Clans that passed magic down for generations seem to have a strong immunity."

"It seems so... I believe it'd be best if I was off soon. After all, we only have the truck for like, three days including today."

"Why don't we all help then? We can spend your birthday helping you move." Crystia suggests.

Chisaki shrugs leaning over to Daniel. "Makes sense to me."

And as such the majority of the group spent their day helping Daniel & Lucy with packing their things into the truck, making sure to leave space for Chisaki & Gale's stuff as well. A few hours later they arrive at Tsubasa's homestead where she and Sona's peerage do all of the loading despite the boys protests. When they're all done for the day, Daniel, Lucy, Chisaki & Gale share a hotel, while Tsubasa spends one last night with her parents before moving to Tokyo.

Two Months Later

Daniel sighs as he walks into a McRonalds and seeing a new boy with back hair and slightly red eyes.

"You're the new guy?" He asks.

"Uh, yeah. I'm the new guy." The teenage boy says as his eyes glow slightly.

"Don't try the dark arts. I was there when they were written." Daniel grins, recognizing a mind altering spell when he sensed it.

The new person recoils stunned by Daniel's countering of his Magic. "W-What?"

"Listen kid, I'm far more versed in that than you might think. Come on, she's waiting for you, don't worry if she mentions spleens, it's usually her kidding, as of this month we're down to three missing people, okay, good luck." He says pushing the new kid into the managers office for the monthly one on one meetings. He closes the door to the managers office.

Chiho, one of his co-workers steps up behind him with a sigh. "Did you just scare the new guy?"

"If I don't prep them for what she'll do they'll be worried their entire time here. And I'd rather not deal with that again. Remember Tsuki? Or Sayuri?"

Chiho sighs. "They're still looking for her."

"And they won't know what happened if the new guy knows not to get on her bad side."

Some Time Prior

A screen comes to life as a battle is shown being fought between a large man with white hair and two magicians

"Gotcha!" A large man slams into the white haired man slamming him through a wall. "Now its all you, Emeralda!"

Emeralda floats nearby. "Abra Cadabra...uh, um.. What was the rest of the spell again?"

"Kinda dying here!. The muscular man says as he continues battling the white haired being. He rushes away jumping from building to building avoiding being hit by the demon he's fighting.

Emeralda continues to stumble. "Its right on the tip of my tongue."

"No pressure!" Her teammate shouts as he launches away the demon.

"Die human!" The demon slams into the muscular man with several magical blasts.

"You guy's aren't helping!" She rages.

"Well, I'm kinda being pummeled into stone over here."

Emeralda has a sudden realization. "That's it!" She returns to the incantation. "Stone..."

The demon, Alciel, is then converted into stone and begins to fall to the ground while Albertio floats over to be next to Emeralda.

Albertio looks down on the woman. "Really? You couldn't remember stone? That which the spell turned him into."

Meanwhile inside a castle an old man raises a hand in front of a demon lord, stopping his attack. "Wait, how bout a riddle?" The demon lord pauses. "Just kidding." The old man blasts magic at the demon.

The demon however avoids the attack and slams the old man into the ground using his magic. "I don't like getting deceived!"

His horn is then cut off by a woman with white hair. Her sword shining in the dark room though her hair may be a bit brighter.

"Ah, you cut my horn!" The demon lord flies out of the castle and opens a portal floating before everyone else. "Bitch I'm out! But remember citizens of Ente Isla, I will definitely return, and when I do... I will... do... something... really bad! Hahahahaha!!!"

Alciel rushes into the portal with Satan? "My Lord! You forgot your toothbrush!"

A bout a week before Daniel & Co. Moved to Tokyo.

The pair of Satan(?) and Alciel stand in an alleyway as they exit and walk out without so much as a glance to each other. Or at least until Alciel sees his lords face for the first time since entering the portal.

"Oh my god! M'lord! Your face!"

"What are you blabbering abou-?" Satan sees Alciel in recoils in horror. "Ah! What is this?! My hands! My beautiful demon hands!"

"Hey, what are you two up to?" A police officer walks up to the pair, asking them a rather sensible question.

Alciel growls, speaking to the officer in demon speech. "How dare you address us so carelessly, you pathetic human-!"

"Aww. Isn't that cute, their cosplaying." A second officer says approaching behind his partner.

Alciel raises a brow. "Cosplaying?"

"Officer Sasaki reporting in. We've got two strange looking lads here who appear to be cosplaying. So we thought we better bring 'em in. Okay, mate, better come with us." He places a hand on Alciel's shoulder who leaps back in response, that is until they're both placed in the car and taken to the police station. When we see them again, Satan(?) is seated at a table with food in front of him.

Sasaki points to the food. 'Um? You put it in yer mouth. Om, nom, nom."

'They seems to think I need their petty sustenance. What a joke.' Satan thinks to himself before looking up he uses his  magic while speaking to Sasaki. "You will tell me everything about this world."

Sasaki becomes nearly brain dead. "Okay."

"And also, give me all the money you have." He then is told what he needs escapes and finds Alciel eating the food, when the second officer speaks, he's told to stop breathing. Satan(?) Then explains everything to Alciel while they escape prison and have essentially killed and robbed 2 police officers.

2 weeks later

The pair arrive at 2 story building where just outside stands Cohen and Gale the pair holding wooden swords practicing swordsmanship while Daniel watches.

The Realtor speaks to the pair approaching the building. "The landlady of this apartment is happy to take in strays like yourself."

The duo are brought up the stairs to the first room up top, as they feel the piercing gaze of Daniel on their backs.

"Only one room?" Alciel asks.

Satan scoffs. "What is this pesantry?!"

"Good Morrow, gentlemen." A woman says from behind them.

Daniel shouts from downstairs. "Don't make direct eye contact!"

Two Months Later

Daniel grins, in uniform. "Alright, I'm going to work. Later, haters."

Chisaki scoffs, reading a magazine. "Shut up, Daniel."

He smirks and grabs his motorcycle before looking to the bicycle next to it.

Satan bursts through the door! Shouting at Alciel. "Aagh! I'm going to work!"

Alciel, now also known as Shiro Hashira, steps out. "M'lord. You forgot your umbrella."

Daniel watches Sadao grab the bike and start walking off before starting to ride it. "Let's go Penelope."

Daniel hums. "Its weird that you named your bike." Daniel starts the vehicle and drives past his neighbor before driving off in oddly the same direction that his neighbor would. After a few hours of work, Daniel sits eating a salad while Satan disguised under the name of Sadao, sits in there as well with their Part Time coworker, Chiho.

Sadao looks up. "You okay, Chiho?"

Chiho sighs. "No..."

Daniel shrugs. "Everyone makes mistakes."

Sadao nods. "You're just... making my share too. And... everyone else's in the store."

Chiho glares. "You're not helping!"

Mayumi, the manager then opens the door to the break room and peers inside. "Hey, minions... and Daniel, so, if we don't get the most sells this week I'm gonna rip out your spleens and have Dan feed them to the customers."

Chiho cries, looking up at their manager. "Mmm... fuck."

The pair of Sadao & Chiho work in the front as Daniel works on burgers, salads, drinks all on his own, that is until Tsubasa walks in in uniform the pair kiss briefly and she takes over drive thru.

"What's up?" Mayumi says walking up on Sadao who stands concerned over the fryer, making him scream.

"Sounds like someone didn't get the joke." Daniel chuckles as Mayumi tells Sadao to head to her office and he grabs her arm. "Go easy on the kid, he's a bit slow. Also, the fryer's broken, or at least one of them is."

"I'm only teasing him, it's spleen fun teasing him."

Daniel grins. "Of course, he'll need a good ex-spleen-ation."

Mayumi smiles. "Ah?"

Daniel keeps his grin. "Ah?"

Mayumi & Daniel both shoot up in mutual agreement and excitement. "Aye!"

After work, Daniel and Tsubasa drive along on the motorcycle, right behind Sadao when they stop a woman with red hair appears nearby.

"Hey." She says looking directly at Sadao.

"Oh, Its you again. I keep seeing you around." He says looking to the redhead.

Daniel leans over to look at his coworker. "You mean, like around town randomly, or.. near work consistently?"

"Not as much as I see you." She says looking to Sadao.

"Is that ICU the letters or I see you the creepy sentence?" Daniel mutters,

Tsubasa leans over. "This is their business sweetie we shouldn't be interfering."

Daniel hums. "Just call it a hunch we shouldn't leave."

"I was watching you from across the street earlier." The girl says.

Sadao chuckles nervously. "A hahaha... what?"

"Why are you working at McDonalds?" She asks.

Sadao raises a brow. "It's... McRonalds."

"Only the overlord would keep correcting me."

Sadao looks down. "Then you're...HERO EMILIA?!"

Daniel turns to Sadao. "Hero who?"

Emilia stares at them. "Good to see you again, Satan."

"Hero Emilia? How did you find me? What do you want."

"I'm sorry, what is this? You two, ex's or something?" Daniel asks.

"What I want is simple." She says glaring at Sadao.

Tsubasa shrugs. "Alright, shoot."

"Seriously? Him!" Emilia points at Sadao. "I want you gone! You're bad news and you have to go. Just like that open yogurt I left on top of the heater last week."

Daniel recoils. "Bleh."

"You won't get away again. Behold, my special weapon!" She then draws a blunted, dull, slightly chipped kitchen knife. Tsubasa was taking this seriously, until Daniel started laughing in her face about the knife. "You won't be able to run to fast without a kidney."

"Oh that's fucking hilarious. Hey, Sadao. Is she like some kind of LARPer? Cause this some funny shit." Daniel says laughing his ass off.

"She might be, but wait, Emilia is that...?"

"I'm not here to chat. And if those two defend you, I'll take them down with you."

"Okay, but that's a butter knife. Don't you have the heroes holy sword?" Sadao taunts.

"Um.. uh... I...I don't have the energy to draw it. But this blunted knife will do just fine."

"So you have no magic either. Well, well, well, aren't you pathetic."

Emi recoils irritated. "What? They don't have magic either."

Daniel shrugs. "False in fact. She's a devil, and I'm second to none in swordsmanship, and I'm pretty powerful in terms of magic." Daniel smirks as he summons the hilt to a sword twirling it as Emi looks dumbfounded.

"That's just a hilt."

Daniel grins. "Of course it is, you think I'm gonna summon a sword in the middle of Tokyo? God your a sad little girl."

Sadao nods. "A sad pathetic lonely little girl. A horribly disfigured and hideously frail version of the hero you once were." She attempts to rush him, only for Sadao to grab her by the wrist and then for Tsubasa to detain her only for the police to arrive and take the four in with Daniel sighing.

"Okay, so let's run through this again one more time from the top. So you're both from a different world called Ente Isla, and you two are magic users from Kuoh Town. Where you're the noble hero Emilia, you're dark satanic overlord Satan set on world domination and annihilation, you're a powerful swordsman and magic user, and your a mid-tier devil rook... Okay, so let's run through this, one more time from the top."

Sadao mutters to the others. "He knows too much, too early in the series. We're fucked! What are we gonna do?"

Emi leans over as well. "On the count of three we jump him, and then afterwards we eat his corpse to conceal the death."

Sadao glances over. "Dude." He pauses for a moment. "Agreed."

"You know, you could ask us. We have mind altering magic." Daniel speaks quietly to them.

Sadao slouches down. "Oh."

Tsubasa crosses her arms. "We could very easily just make him forget all about this and us."

Daniel hums. "This won't take long."

Tsubasa hums a moment later. "Done."

"Anyway, you don't seem dangerous, so just stay safe and don't loiter in area's where you could bottle up traffic, as this is a first offense I'll let you all off with a warning."

The group are then let out where Daniel stops Emilia from attacking Sadao, especially when he snaps her butter knife in half and throws it away. "Why?! Now I have to buy a whole new set!" She rages.

"Okay. You tried to kill my coworker and I. I hold no sympathy. Also now that you know how this world works what do we say to you not trying to kill my coworker? Yeah? Buddy?" Daniel extends a hand.

"Aw... sweetie. I'm still gonna kill him. You won't even see me coming. You're going down... down town. Yeah, downtown would do real nice. Say overlord, wanna go downtown for a-?"

Sadao shakes his head. "Nope."

"Well what about-?" Emilia turns to Daniel and Tsubasa.

Tsubasa glares down Emi, her blue hair battling Emi's red hair. "Hurt a hair on my boyfriends head and I'll snap you like a twig bitch."

Unfortunately for the trio their next week was uneventful... other than Emi stalking them at their home. The night after the "incident" she stalks them as Daniel & co. Sit at the table with Lucy & Gale working on homework, Chisaki, Tsubasa & Daniel seems tense.

"We lost contact with Saji last week. It seems as though there's someone coming for our peerages. We haven't heard from Ian's group either but, that's a bit more reasonable, he doesn't get many chances to speak to us with magic where he is, lest he be considered a witch."

"Still it's concerning, the group sent to spy on the safety bureau went missing and we haven't heard from them since." Tsubasa mutters.

"Could the safety bureau know about our Kuoh group, and be hunting us down? Cause our pair of boys went missing somewhere over the Kansai region."

Daniel sighs. "Well, let's get to sleep-." Daniel's ears perk when he hears screaming from upstairs, and while Shiro may sound womanly at times, he knows that the voice doesn't belong to the stay at home male in their apartment. He walks outside and climbs the stairs only to see Emilia yelling at a locked door the girl slowly breaking down into tears. When the door is opened Daniel stands before it with Emilia sobbing being held by the nape of her shirt.

"Please, get your ex under control, I'm not going to be dealing with this for the week, Sadao." Daniel let's her go and walks away as the other two stare in a mixture of surprise and wonder.

"This disgusting creature would never be milords girlfriend!" Alciel shouts.

"Don't care, make her shut up, we're trying to sleep down here." A few minutes later and Daniel sits up as Alciel speaks loud enough to be heard throughout the apartment.

"My lords parents were not siblings. They were cousins."

Sadao sighs. "Damn it, Alciel."

The next day she would stalk Sadao and Alciel as they were once again being loud enough to be heard outside. While outside Daniel was training Chisaki with swordsmanship using two wooden swords so the worst that would happen was a few bruises.

"Let the experiment begin!"

"Are you sure it's safe, m'lord? Perhaps we should feed it to a local peasant boy first or something." Alciel says worriedly.

"Nonsense, I'll be fine. Now prepare the specimen for consumption. Ahahaha! Chiho was right! Cucumber with honey does taste like the very essence of poverty!"

Daniel sighs. "Fucking idiots."

The the next day at work. Sadao & Daniel stand at the register when Emi walks in.

Daniel looks over. "You want this or shall I?"

Sadao smirks. "Oh, I'll happily, why don't you prepare some special sauce for her."

Daniel shakes his head. "No."

"Whats up? Would you like to order a burger?"

"Come outside for a moment. We have to talk." Emilia says bluntly.

"Not a chance in hell. Would you like fries with that?"

Emi scoffs. "Fine. I'll be waiting outside when your done here. You'll come by choice or in chains. Oh, and bring your friends."

Daniel deadpans. "No. One burger meal please!"

"And add in some extra special sauce!" Sadao requests.

One of the coworkers chuckles. "Heh, haha. Special sauce, eh? Coming right up." He spits in the burger.

A second coworker approaches. " Must be an extra awful customer out there." He also spits in the burger.

"Give me a hand here will ya?" A third coworker also spits into the sandwhich.

Sadao then grabs the food and takes it to her with a slight grin. "Enjoy your meal."

Daniel mutters quietly. "I hope you choke."

Sadao nods. "Agreed."

"What was her deal? Was she all there?" Chiho asks approaching the two males.

Sadao shrugs. "I highly doubt it."

Daniel nods. "Agreed."

Chiho looks to Sadao. "Do you... know her or something?"

Daniel presses a few buttons ordering himself lunch. "Crazy ex I'm thinking."

Sadao shakes his head disgusted. "Oh, god no. Even I don't hate myself to lower my standards to that."

Daniel hums. "True, I've come to associate red hair with low standards."

Chiho lowers her head. "Oh..."

"When I say red, I mean cherry red Chiho, you're a good girl. Well Tsubasa and I are gonna work fries, later hater." Later in the day Sadao is in the break room as Chiho is leaving when Daniel enters alone removing his work hat.

"Hey, Sadao?"

Sadao looks up from his manga. "Whats up?"

"Did that earthquake yesterday... affect you?"

Sadao hums thinking about, but Daniel answers for him. "Yes, he screamed like a woman."

"Eh?! How would you know?" Chiho asks.

"He lives in the apartment above mine." Daniel places down a bag of food.

"No! That was my roommate." Sadao panics.

"Your roommate?!"

Sadao raises an eyebrow. "Yeah...?"

"If it is a blonde woman, I will kill myself." Chiho shouts, panicked.

Daniel looks to her worriedly. "The fuck?"

"I don't stand a chance against a blonde chick! I'm the lovable girl next door character that gets crushed up by the attractive and popular girl, no one takes me for what I truly am until the turning point of the series by which that time it's too late, and I would've done better than men and turn my sights to something else! Like becoming a nun, or more likely I'll become more interested a woman myself, and begin chasing the very thing that started me down this spiral in the first place!"

Sadao bites into his lunch. "Well, they're definitely blonde, but it's a guy, well, I have my doubts on all that- wait what was that?!"

Daniel sighs. "What the fuck did I just walk in on?" He mutters.

Chiho slouches down relieved. "Never mind..."

After work Sadao, Daniel & Tsubasa all make their way back to their apartment where they find Emilia waiting for them, still very much alive.

"Fancy seeing you here." Emi says glaring.

"What? You invited us."

"Likely story. Well, since here... we need to talk."

Sadao raises an eyebrow. "About...?"

"Exactly."

Sadao glances to the others. "What?"

"I could ask you the same thing."

Sadao turns away from her. "Right? I'm just gonna go."

Emi steps forward. "Listen Up, overlord, and cronies."

Daniel recoils. "Cronies?"

"I've decided to let you live..." Three lasers shoot out and Sadao tackles Emilia over as Daniel revs the engine and drives away as Tsubasa forms a barrier around the pair allowing Daniel time to cast an invisibility and silence spell on the themselves. About 20 minutes later the bickering of the weird red head and her overlord return.

"This is all your fault, you know. If you'd have just run the other way like I said."

"Oh, I followed you?"

Chisaki walks past them. "Yakamashi! You're damn annoying."

Gale sighs walking with him. "Yare Yare Daze."

Emilia slowly looks down, fiddling with her thumbs. "Can I stay here tonight." She mumbles.

Chisaki & Gale pressure Sadao into agreement as Lucy walks out and spots the pair. Hushed she glances to Gale who's shaking his head grabs his arm and drags him to the other apartment downstairs which is hers & Tsubasa's

Lucy looks down on Tsubasa. "Get the fuck out."

Tsubasa raises a brow. "Uh, excuse you?"

"Get out, I'm soundproofing the room."

"Like hell you are." Daniel says opening his door.

"What are you gonna do about it?"

Daniel deadpans. "Cut off his dick and balls, then feed it to Sadao."

"You worthless pile of (censored for reasons known only as YOUTUBE)" Alciel curses out Emilia.

Daniel hearing this takes a few steps back and the reaches into a magic circle...

Meanwhile in Kuoh, an out of breath Akeno finally returns to the town and sneaks to her home she goes into her room only for a magic circle to appear next to her drawer, the hand opens it and reaches in, she rushes to stop it, but it escapes with the large object before she can grab it.

Akeno frowns. "Damn it. That was the second largest of the collection... well I guess it's your turn." She turns to Issei, in the corner of the room asleep and Rias asleep next to him. "You got to him first?!"

Her screaming awakens the pair as Issei struggles and Rias chuckles at her friend. A few seconds later a scream is heard, though it very much is an echo and at the epicenter of the scream stands Daniel, holding a 12 inch dil(censored) into the ceiling where just above him screaming is Alciel after being attacked through the floor while sitting.
