The day following the battle with Kokabiel, I called a meeting with my team and Rias' peerage. As we all gather, I sit on top of Rias' desk much to her annoyance. I'm sitting there when Issei arrives, when he opens the door he gives his cordial greetings before seeing Xenovia standing there.

"Hey, Red Dragon Emperor." She says as he looks at her in the school uniform.

"Uh, why are you here?" He asks.

"Shes a member now, dingus." I say bored.

"Daniel? Why is she here?" Issei now turns to me.

"Meet the newest knight under Daniel Star. Also, Patel's no longer here."

Issei sighs folding in on himself in relief. "Oh, thank goodness."

I chuckle for a moment, he's not going to be gone for long. "He had to leave with Irina to return the fragments of Excalibur, though he will be back, after all, Alan Mankoi requested him here."

Issei turns to me. "Alan Mankoi?"

"Yup, a friend to Asagi and I."

"I've been meaning to ask, who is Asagi to everyone?" Issei asks.

"Asagi's my friend." I say bluntly. "Speaking of which, he and I have a lesson for the ORC."

Rias leans forward. "And what lesson is that?"

"The Relics." Asagi says surprising everyone his foot planted on the window seal, himself climbing in from there.

Rias turns to the blonde. "Relics?" She questions dumbfounded by his sudden arrival and announcement.

"It's not something devil's in our age grouping typically learn about. I doubt even Sitri knows of this."

Rias glares. "Her names Sona."

"I don't care, Red. Look, I thought I would be explaining this to Daniel and his group only, but no, I'm teaching you as well."

"And who taught you?"

"I work for the three factions as a mercenary, I hear shit. I research stuff. And I'm on Azazel's speed dial. So sit down kid. By the way, I'm older." He points out to everyone else.

Rias scoffs. "By two years!"

Asagi shrugs. "Let's get the lesson started, Daniel! Do you have the board?"

"It's right behind you." I say.

"Good. Let's begin." He says, using Magic to make the images on the board for everyone to see. "First, there are fourteen relics in total. Seven Holy, Seven Demonic. In this room right now, with all three of our peerages here, there are four relics. One holy and three Demonic. Let's begin with the Demonic as those will be more important here. Of the three here, there's Enya and Joel, having the relics of Slipnot and Space respectively, then there's Plague which is held by you." He points at Clarissa, who nods. "There are four more Demonic Relics held somewhere on the world and each has its own powers. Their names are Damned, Murder, Sin and Snake. If I had to give a description of each, then... Plague and Space are rings, Slipnot and Sin are both swords Damned is a spear, Murder is a club, and Snake is a necklace that can transform into a Snake."

Rias nods. "And the Holy?" She asks.

I step forward doing the same as Asagi to show images of what I'm speaking about. "I'll take over this one. The seven relics are Illusions, held by Faith, Angel Tears, Temporary Ascension, God's Cross, Forbidden Knowledge, Sword of the Lake, and the Gates Of Eden. Each in their own forms. Both Illusions and Tears are held in the eyes, Temporary Ascension is a pair of Golden Wings, God's Cross is a necklace, Knowledge is a crown of thorns, the next one is self explanatory, it's a sword. And the Gates Of Eden... well that's hard to explain. It's a special ability that the user can transport any member of the factions to the garden, but, if anyone dies in there everyone including the host is kicked out and it seals itself for two hundred years. I feel we should we should explain the others."

"Well, I doubt we'll run into many of them." Asagi mutters.

I shake my head. "I doubt that, Asagi." We already have four with us, we're bound to see more. "Anyway, other than that, today's a wash. No hunts to go on, no major fights. This... this is my kind of day."

Lucy scoffs. "Just like you, lazy. Where'd Gale go by the way?"

"He, Alan, Ame, and Faith left on a hunt for a reported Relic user going crazy. Once they find them, I'm supposed to be contacted. I have no clue how long they'll be gone though."

"And where is this?" Issei asks.

"Tibet."

The following day, I meet with the others, upon my arrival I hear Issei speaking about how he's met with Azazel, and starts complaining about Asagi and Azazel, I groan making everyone turn to me.

"So, you met Azazel?" I ask, before sighing taking a seat. "Look, Issei, you're still new to this, so let the big kids take the wheel here. Azazel can do things to you that you could never imagine, Rias. Not to mention his buddy, that guy that spoke to Asagi when the white one showed up. That's Asriel."

"So?" Rias asks, not knowing who he is.

"Asriel, was created with a purpose. Should god die, he was to take God's place. However, he fell. Asriel is stronger than Azazel even, the only reason he's not the leader of them is that he likes to do things himself. As a matter of fact, Asriel could wipe us all out in under a minute if he applied himself." I warn them.

"How could he be so powerful?" Rias asks, the strength of her foe almost scaring her.

"When he was created he was given a special power that made him stronger than god temporarily." I speak grimly, looking outside, not facing the others. "A Holy Relic. The Golden Wings. Temporary Ascension." I turn back to them. "They grant the user immortality for a brief period of time, not only that but their strength, speed, and everything else is increased not only tenfold but far more. All we know is that if Asriel fought at full strength I believe he could wipe out the three factions by himself."

Akeno hums. "That certainly is food for thought. Don't you agree?"

Rias nods slightly. "Yes, it scares me how much more powerful our enemy is."

"I also heard a small rumor in the mill. Apparently, Sir Zechs, Serafall, Azazel, and Lord Micheal will be meeting sometime soon for a peace summit. I've been invited as a special guest."

Issei scoffs. "How come you get special treatment?"

"My sacred gear dumbass."

Issei folds in on himself. "Why couldn't I be born with your gear..."

"Cause mine's hereditary. You'd have to be blood-related to me in order for it to pass down. And I'm glad we're not related."

Rias then points something out, that should've been obviously "Then why doesn't Lucy or Clarissa have it?"

Clarissa steps up. "I believe I can answer this, Daniel."

"Sure, go for it."

"The Sword Master sacred gear is transferred only after the previous host dies." She gestures to me before continuing l "Sir Daniel was born the same day his grandfather, the previous host lost their life. And because of that, Sir Daniel was granted the sacred gear. Lucy doesn't have the same ability as Sir Daniel because he already hosted that sacred gear. So miss Lucy was granted a different gear."

Issei leans back. "Jeez, so many explanations. Why do we need to know this?"

"I am simply answering Rias' questions, pervert. As for the Relics, it is best if more knew about them since being around this many of them it is very likely we'll encounter more Relic users."

I shrug and turn bac' outside. "Anyway, weren't we supposed to clean the pool today?" I ask.

"Yup. We will be heading over in a few minutes."

"Got it. Does anybody here not have swimwear?" I ask.

"Me, Sir." Skylar and Clarissa answer together,
Asia raises a hand. "Me."
Chisaki shrugs. "Me."
Crystia puts her arm on my shoulder, leaning on me. "I don't."

"Then hurry up and buy one. Afterwards, return to the pool. I'm gonna grab mine from home, Lucy?"

Lucy shrugs, standing up. "I'll do the same."

After getting our clothes Lucy and I arrive back at the school's pool to find the others changing. I roll my eyes already in my swim trunks. The design is simple, it's basically the infinity gauntlet made into shorts. All I need to is a reason for mass genocide and to snap to my fingers... Well, maybe I'd make it so Issei doesn't exist. Anyway, I wear shorts and a plain white t-shirt and begin working on draining the pool. Did you know, I learned yesterday, that Chisaki's got himself a crush. She's blonde has green eyes, and doesn't try to kill people. I know I was as shocked as you are. Anyway, as I was cleaning the pool Issei walked out with the others. The only one not out here is Xenovia. We hurry through cleaning the pool and finish rather quickly. Akeno fills the pool with water just as Chisaki and the others arrive. Each in their own swimsuits. Chisaki wearing a Cherry Bomb T-shirt, with black and red shorts. Crystia in a red two-piece bikini not to bad, Asia in a pure white one-piece, Skylar in a maid outfit bathing suit... why? And finally Clarissa in a black and blue bathing suit. I take a deep breath, I need to be smart about this or else I'll be dead before the end of the day.

Rias smiles standing on a diving board. "All Right! Feel free to swim until your heart's content! Oh, and by the way Daniel, can I make a request?"

"If it's about your bathing suit, ask Issei." I retort quickly.

"No, you told me that you were a part of the old swim team were you not?"

"Yeah, I was, what of it?"

"Well, Koneko, doesn't know how to swim and we were hoping you could teach her."

I roll my eyes. "If you had asked about anyone else, I would've said no. But, I trust Koneko not to do something stupid. Come, Ko, I'm teaching you to swim."

Koneko nods. "Right."

It takes a few minutes, I don't mind it, as I'm not the only one having to teach, as Chisaki is teaching Asia how to swim as well, but... I wanted to do some laps. Maybe find Xenovia. I'll get to her in a bit. After teaching Koneko, I smirk as Chisaki walks up to me.

"Hey, Star. I heard you were on the swim team. What do ya say, you vs. me right now?" He grins, ooo, he thinks he's a threat.

"You want to try me? Fine, I was captain for a reason. Four laps. Lucy! I need time."

Lucy nods, already ready. "Already on it! On your mark, get set, Go! Dive! Dive! Dive!"

We both dive in and begin racing. I speed through the water, if I was to go pro being a swimmer I'd probably break records, in no time flat. It's why I'm kinda glad the swim team isn't a thing anymore. Anyway, it's a very quick race, I squash Chisaki pretty handily. By the time I finish, he's barely started lap two. It's almost sad. When he finally finishes I look down at him smirking.

"What the fuck, man?" He says out of breath.

"Sorry 'bout that. I like swimming. Got really good at it. Anyway, I think we should get out of dodge, Rias and Akeno look ready to kill each other."

Chisaki shrugs. "Nah, you go ahead, I think I'll stay back."

"Asia?"

Chisaki nods. "Yeah."

"Alright." I pull myself from the water and make my way away from the pool and towards the dressing rooms. It's not because I'm done swimming, I just want to avoid Rias and Akeno's fight over Issei. After walking out I hear the explosions I smirk and turn a corner and just on the other side, almost by "coincidence" the lucky person standing there is Xenovia. "Hey, Nova. Took you long enough to get into swimwear."

Xenovia looks up at me. "What are you doing here?"

"Wanted to get away before Rias and Akeno started fighting over Issei. And what took you so long?"

"Ah, I see. It's the first swimsuit I've ever had so it took some time to figure it out. Do you think it looks okay?"

I chuckle slightly, seeing her swimsuit, not the most modest, but I can probably tell who picked it for her. "I'd be lying if I said it didn't. It looks fantastic. Also, you've never been swimming before? Is it cause of the church?"

Xenovia shakes her head. "No, it's just I've never had an interest in recreational activities."

"It's only a couple pieces of fabric, Nova."

"You're right- - I did figure it out a while ago. Truth is I was doing some thinking." She sits down.

"Thinking? What about?" I sit next to her.

Xenovia looks away from me. "Just hear me out, okay."

"That doesn't make me feel more confident." I breathe out.

"I have an important matter to discuss."

"Okay?"

"I would like you to make a baby with me."

It takes a moment for what she said to sink in, but after it does I look to her wide eyed. "I'm sorry, what did you say?!" I remove myself from the wall I was leaning on as she pushes me and I fall through a supply closet door, she then enters and closes the door.

"You never gave me an answer. I want to make a baby with you."

I try to push myself up from the floor. "Why?"

Xenovia steps closer to me. "It used to be that serving God was my on,y dream- - my main reason for living. But now things have changed and that dream is dead. I've already approached Rias, Akeno, and Crystia for their thoughts on the matter. So I decided the life I want right now is the womanly life I never thought I would have. To create life inside of me." I remain silent, thinking back to what lead me to this moment, regretting several of those decisions. "As I was watching you fight Kokabiel, I noticed your latent powers. I decided they are worth looking at. Also, you are my best friend. I would rather you to anyone else we know. They would be strong with unique powers that only we could give."

I hold my hands up. "While yes, having a kid with you was something I had hoped for in the past, that's not what I want right now. Even then, Nova, I'd rather we have a kid because we actually want one and have what we need to raise a kid, as opposed to only having that kid because they'll have strong genes."

Xenovia looks down on me, herself hovering over me. "So you won't make a kid with me?"

"Not if your only reason for wanting the kid is because they'll be powerful. Look, Rias and Akeno, might not be the best choice to talk to about this. All I'm saying is this, Nova, I did like you. In all honesty, if I didn't already have a girlfriend, I would probably do this, but there's two issues. One, if we're having a kid, it'll be because we're ready to handle a kid, and we're not. And secondly, i, not going to cheat on Tsubasa, I'm not going to be unfaithful to her. That'd be a horrible thing to do."

The door opens and I look over seeing Crystia, Clarissa, and Skylar all standing there. Skylar enters and forces Xenovia back placing a knife to her.

"What did you try to do with master?"

Xenovia turns to them bluntly answering. "We were trying to make babies."

"No, we were not! I was explain why we are not doing that right now!"

Crystia's eyes widen. "Babies?" Clarissa stares at Xenovia slack jawed.

"Micheal, why do you hate me so?" I mutter.

Time Skip

Once we're back in the ORC I sigh banging my head on a wall as Crystia and Xenovia argue about any kids I may have. Rias and her peerage abscond Issei about his pervertedness. When a bright glow begins appearing.

"This looks like a good time. Is there some sort of event going on?" Sir Zechs says appearing before us all,.

"I'm trying to remember, the last time we met that I wasn't mad at a Gremory, Sir Zechs."

"Why's that?" He asks with a grin.

I scoff. "You're sister's an idiot."

Sir Zechs hums. "I see."

Rias turns to me pouting like a child. "I am not!"

I turn my head to her and then glance behind myself to Chisaki & Lucy sitting in silence sipping tea. "Is there a reason everyone's gone silent?"

Rias' peerage bows as everyone in my peerage stands together, some in shock, and others because they don't feel like kneeling, And Crystia because she's still arguing with Xenovia

"I see you keep expanding your roster, Daniel." Sir Zechs speaks, looking to my group.

"Of course."

"How many pieces do you have now?"

"Of the people here? Six of them, most of them haven't decided whether or not to actually take the pieces yet. It's me, Lucy, Crystia, Asia, Xenovia, and Chisaki. So, why are you here?"

"I'm merely here to conduct some private business."

Rias looks at her brother. "What private business?"

"Isn't it almost time for Open House?" He asks his sister.

I hum turning to Grayfia. "I didn't think you'd inform him." I look to lady Grayfia with a raised eyebrow to which she replies with a shrug.

"You told them Daniel?" Rias shouts.

"I said it as a joke to miss Grayfia. I didn't think she'd inform him. Did you tell lady Serafall too?"

Grayfia shakes her head. "No."

"Cool. So I wanted to ask, since its on a need to know bases, Where's the summit happening?"

"We were thinking of having it here at the school."

"Neat. Come on girls, time to go home. Tia's probably got dinner waiting for us." I mutter. I walk away and as the others walk out I stop and turn back to him. "Also, Sir Zechs, I need info on Asagi."

Sir Zechs sighs, looking down. "If you're referring to the Phoenix House Massacre from a few days ago, I don't have anything you don't already know. All I know is Damiean Yasahiro is dead, as are several devils. Asagi has since gone missing with Enya Mankoi, and Joel Grant. If you're curious about Raynere, she is currently in Azazel's custody along with Crystal. Anything else?"

I shake my head. "No, just keep me informed. I have a theory on who might've done it. And it's not Asagi." I turn back closing the door and continue using the walk home. I guess we'll see where it goes from here.

Meanwhile in Tibet

"So, Where is this Relic user specifically?" Gale says, in a thick jacket, and a mask that covers his head.

"If we knew that, we wouldn't be hunting them down." Alan, says clearing the path ahead of them.

"Still, don't you think it's odd? The user of the forbidden knowledge coming here?" Faith asks.

"Father sent me to find the relics, and prep them for war. War with what, I don't know, but knowing dad, it's not good."

Ame from the back of the group speaks up. "Who's your father?"

"Dr. AJ Mankoi! Doctorate in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, and many other fields. He was twenty-five when he got most of them."

Ame hums. 'I guess the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree huh?"

"Guess not. We're close I can sense it."
