(Adrien's POV)

The next day was annoying because now I have to deal with Lila's lies and rumors. It's no wonder why Marinette wanted to expose the truth but I told her that it would only humiliate Lila more. I guess giving second chances isn't always the best option.

"I heard Ladybug is giving me a chance, Marinette. I'm not lying this time" Lila said since I'm in the girls' bathroom.

"Lila. Ladybug would never trust liars like you. Are you trying to get me akumatized? If you are, it's not working" I said, applying a little bit of strawberry-scented lipgloss while looking in the mirror to learn a bit about makeup.

"Since when did you use makeup?" Lila noticed.

"Since none of your business," I replied.

"Are you trying to look fabulous for Adrien? I hear he hates makeup" Lila made another lie. That Italian girl is so gonna get punished for lying! Oh boy. I sound like Marinette.

"We shall see." I just ignored her, "I'm sure he won't bother that much." I replied.

"You calling me a liar?! You're the liar, Dupian-Cheng!" Lila yelled.

"Listen Rossi, I know you. Adrien may be the handsome boy in school but he doesn't like liars like you. He's a fan of Ladybug and I know you hate Ladybug. He would be angry at you for trying to get rid of Ladybug" I did my creepy glare stare at her. I don't like doing that but if only I had the chance to do this from my real body. I saw Lila back off a bit.

"Do you understand?!" I said in a serious voice. I don't wanna play her game but she's getting on my nerves with her lies.

"This isn't over, Dupian-Cheng." Lila glared at me.

"It will be over, Lila." I glared back as I left the bathroom to get away from this drama. Sheesh. This female issue is getting me cranky again. I hope for sure she does not deliberately get akumatized again.

"Adrikins! You can't seriously mean that! We are both rich you know! What does that baker girl do? Give your favorite croissants? Like a servant?" Chloe laughed while *Marinette just looks annoyed.

"Chloe, you barely know anything about bakery. FYI, Marinette is my friend. I'm out of here" She said as she heads upstairs, so did I since now our swapped lives are getting difficult for the past few days.

"At least now I know why Lila is getting on your nerves," I said, following her to our classroom. Only this time I sat with her to take Nino's seat. Nino walked in and saw that *Marinette and I are holding hands, so he winked and sat next to Alya instead.

"Ridiculous! Utterly ridiculous!" Chloe saw this too.

"Mind your own business, Chloe," I replied.

"Hmph!" Chloe crosses her arms while taking her seat.

After class was now lunch and we sat with our friends while Lila was too busy making up lies with other classmates. Sheesh, what has she been raised as?

*Marinette salutes her cranberry juice with Nino to see who can drink the fastest without taking a breather but they suddenly spit it out like something was wrong with their drinks. I saw the other students in the cafeteria did the same too.

"Ugh! What is this?!" Nino made a disgusted look.

"Man, that tasted awful. Yuck!" *Marinette wiping the drink off her lips, "It tastes like....blood"

"Oh my god!" I noticed blood dripping out.

"The drinks are blood!" I heard Kim exclaim in shock.

"Kim! Is this a prank?!" I yelled.

"I didn't do it! I swear!" He was being honest.

Then we saw frogs coming out of nowhere. Oh no! Could it be Pharaoh again? It's an Egyptian plague!

"Everyone out!" *Marinette screamed and we ran out.

If this is an Egyptian plague coming from Pharaoh, who knows if he'll unleash the deadliest plague, smiting the first-borns which could mean me and *Marinette. She and I hid in the boiler room to get away from the frogs swarming all over the school.

"It's gotta be Pharaoh again! This is bad, milady! What has Shadow Moth been thinking?!" I asked with fear in my voice.

"He has gone overboard now!" *Marinette said.

"If he unleashes the deadliest plague of smiting the firstborns, we are dead. Tikki spots on!" I transformed into Ladybug in a pink flash and quickly took out the horse miraculous from my yo-yo so we can get out of here.

"Plagg claws out!" *Marinette transformed into Cat Noir in a green flash.

"We gotta get out of here! I bet Pharaoh is at the Lourve. Tikki! Kalkki! Unify!" I transformed into Pega Bug.

"Let's go Pega Noir." *Ladybug said.

"Voyage!" I threw a portal in the air that leads to the inside of the Lourve, "Hurry, now!" We went through and we saw the Pharaoh releasing a swarm of locusts in the museum.

"Hey, Pharaoh! It's time to dethrone you!" *Ladybug acting like me again.

"Ah, the descendants of the scarab and Bastet here to stop me again?! Not gonna happen!" Pharaoh said and transformed his head into Sekhmet. He claps his hands together creating a shockwave at the heroes.

"AAAAAHHHH!!!!!!" I was sent against the wall while milady was sent in the sarcophagus which closed the lid on her.

"Cat Noir!" I ran to her and try opening the lid, "Are you alright?" I finally managed to open the sarcophagus.

"Yeah, I barely lost air in there. Remind me not to get sent in the underworld by Anubis, milady" *Ladybug did her act.

"Good. Now let's take him down like before." I brought her out of the sarcophagus.

"And stop him from unleashing plagues. Who knows if boils or 3 days of darkness comes next" *Ladybug said as we chased to where Pharaoh went to.

"We can't let him use the last plague!" I ran with her.

We found him turning several civilians into mummies using his Anubis power, "Oh, great. Not these guys again" I said, not looking forward to these mummies again like last time.

"The akuma must be in the same place the first time we fought him," *Ladybug said.

"We better hurry before he summons locusts or fireballs from the sky," I said as I called out my lucky charm, and out came a medical aid kit as I caught it, "A medical kit?" I opened it up and looked at the bandage wrap and then at Pharaoh, "Of course. Time to mummify him. Distract him, milady"

"Got it, Kitty." *Ladybug ran to get Pharaoh's attention.

"Yoo-hoo!! Pharaoh! I may not be charming like King Tut but I am funny and cunning like an Egyptian Mau" She taunted him.

"How dare you! Prepare to get a taste of locusts!" He summoned a swarm of locusts but I quickly yelled 'voyage' to send these locusts into space through the portal.

"Not so fast Pharaoh!" I called out to him.

"You're as sly as Cleopatra!" Pharaoh yelled at me.

"Well bring on your best shot!" I dared the Pharaoh.

"Horus, give me wings!" He transformed his head to Horus and he took of flight. Darn it! We need to get closer to him.

"He's heading outside! Let's go!" We ran up the stairs and to the exit door of the museum. We saw him preparing to unleash another plague.

"Hey! Quit unleashing plagues! You're gonna kill innocent people!" I stopped him from unleashing another plague. Right now, the moon is covering the sun like a solar eclipse.

"You're only delaying the inevitable!" Pharoh sneered.

"Inevitable this!" I jumped in midair and quickly wrapped the bandages around his entire body and grabbed the necklace containing the akuma.

"Catch!" I threw it to *Ladybug.

"CATACLYSM!!!" She made it disintegrate and the akuma flew out.

"Time to de-evilize!" I caught it with my yo-yo and purify it and set it free, "Bye-bye little butterfly. Miraculous Ladybug!" I tossed the lucky charm up in the air and it scattered into ladybugs to wipe out the plagues and the damage in the city.

"Pound it!" We fist-bumped.

We teleported back to the boiler room and de transformed back to regular teenagers. I gotta admit that being Ladybug is a lot of responsibilities than making time for jokes.

"Good job Adrien." *Marinette said.

"Thanks. I'm starting to get the hang of being Ladybug." I said.

"And I as Cat Noir." *Marinette said.

"Like I always say milady, being me is about humor" I flirted.

"Of course." *Marinette held my hand as we walked out.

"We are still king and queen of Paris, my bugaboo" I smirked.

"Yeah, we are." *Marinette said.

We head out of the boiler room and back into the cafeteria to see if our friends are okay.

"Everyone okay?" I asked them.

"Yeah, dudette. Man, I still feel the blood I accidentally tasted." Nino said.

"These plagues have done it now. I'm just glad it didn't become the last one." Alya said.

"Otherwise most of us firstborn or only child would be gone," I said.

"Imagine me and Marinette gone because we are firstborns" *Marinette shuddered.

"Well, at least the heroes saved us," Nino said.

"Yup. What made my brother get akumatized this time?" Alix asked.

"I believe it has to do with history again." I guessed.

"Maybe." *Marinette pretended to not know.
