She smiled in a way that made shivers go down my spine. "Very well. You will have to pass a test." She told me. I cringed a little; I was never that good at taking tests. They always messed up my brain which pissed me off. But if I had to.... I would. I'd do it for him. I had to. I looked at her squarely. I WOULD do it if it was the last thing I ever did! "A test of..... Gentleness." She finished. My eyes grew wide and tears came and stung my eyes. No. NO! I was worse at being gentle than I was at taking tests!
I opened my mouth with hesitation. "But... I don't know if I...." I replied through tears. She pet my head.
" 'Tis the point. So this doesn't happen again." My eyes dimmed and I closed them. The tears fell quickly.
"Okay... I'll-I'll d-do it... For... Izaya..." I replied,unsure of myself. I had to do this.
"Good." She smiled. "Now, your test begins."
