So idk what his name is gonna be, maybe manta, but he's old as frick, and he's Gill's brother so he's Royal. He lives in the deep palace, and refuses to surface. He loves deep water, eating squid, and fighting. He used to be a big general during the war, but then Gill died, so he became super depressed and angry.
