backstory: Shay is the 3rd and youngest daughter of Phoebe and Antonio "Tommy" Oliver, as well as the youngest sister to Candice "Candi" and Oriana "Hope" (adoptive sister). Before she was born, her mom Phoebe found out she was pregnant prior to her visit at the orphanage, which she met Hope whom the latter was the first to find out Phoebe is having another baby. On the day Hope is being fostered to a new family, aka the Oliver family, Phoebe revealed to both Tommy and Candi that she's pregnant with another baby. Phoebe was supposed to attend Kris' birthday party until her water broke, which Shay was born. Growing up, she loves being in the spotlight, just like her mom and her older sisters.
