We're gonna stalk someone? What in the world? What's going on?

I looked at him with a confused face

"What?" I asked , obviously confused

"You heard me. We're stalking someone , well spy , not really stalk." He replied

"But you said stal-"

"Lets eat!"

I sighed knowing he wont answer me anyway.

After we ate cake , he explained the situation what we're gonna do. [No not in that way , dont think that kids].

Apparently me and L have to watch over one of the suspects; Light Yagami. But the thing is , i STILL have no idea what this case was about.

I turned to L and asked "Hey , you still haven't told me anything about the case other than the suspect". "Oh yeah, sorry."

"You've heard of Kira right?"

Kira? Like my dream?

Was my dream trying to tell me something?

What the hell's going on?

"Umm..yes?" My answer sounded more like a question , and it was obvious I wasn't sure.

He sighed "Kira is a murderer who's killing methods are unknown. I suspect Light Yagami is behind this , but I don't have enough evidence to prove it..."

"I see..."

He continued explaining the situation to me as I listened intently. I stared into his eyes , mesmerized from his features. I took a long gaze at L , this was the first time in years I have studied his appearance in a while , and let me tell you it was a mixture between cute and hot.

My eyes traced his sharp jawline and thin but strong arms leading up to his seriously adorable eyebags.

I snapped back into reality when I heard my name roll smoothly off his tongue. "You got everything in your head y/n?"

Jumping slightly , I felt my face getting hotter by the second. "Y-yeah , got it.."

His face turned into a look of confusion and concern "You okay Y/n?"

Embarrassed , I let my hair fall down to cover my red face "Y-yeah I'm good , why?" After I said that last word I regretted it. He opened his mouth to speak but I cut him off before he could.

"ANYWAY. I should get going soon. I got useless homework to do."

"Uhh.. okay? See yah" he replied suspiciously. C'mon dude chill. I ain't gonna do anything freaky.

Quickly grabbing my things , I headed outside to return to the lovely place I call my bed. Yah know... So I can sleep.

I took out my house keys from my pocket after reaching the door and unlocked it. Turning on the lights , I closed the door gently as to not make any noise because my mother and sister were asleep. I threw my keys on the table , which definitely made a noise.

Gee , your good at being quiet

I headed towards my Melanie Martinez poster-filled room and gently laid down on my bed. I got up sighing. Of-bloody-course I had to shower and change first.

Grabbing my pajamas , I walked in my bathroom and stripped. I stepped in the shower and started humming to myself before singing the chorus of a song softly.

After taking a shower I got into my PJs and laid comfortably in my soft bed.

I heard a ding echo and I peaked one eye and see that I got a text message from someone

From: Lawlipop
To: you
'Night r/n..

I smiled and closed my eyes , letting sleep take over.

HOLY COW I HAVE AWOKEN FROM THE DEAD. SUPER SUPER SUUUUUUUPER SORRY. 7th grade is hitting harder than I thought and a BUNCH of projects and *cough cough* very unhelpful partners *cough* so I reaaally hope you understand. I know y'all hate the authors who keep putting things on hold and I do to but these things take time. If you did however waited patiently , thank you so damn much! Anyway I can't promise anything but I hope I'll be able to post more often. Anyway , love you all!
